Hello,

I purchased a Snell S8 intercom from XLMOTO and the microphone is not working.

The unit powers on normally and connects to my phone via Bluetooth. I have checked all cable connections, disconnected and reconnected everything, and tested the microphone using voice recordings on my phone.

The microphone does not capture any sound at all.

I believe the product is defective and would like to request a warranty inspection and replacement.

I have attached photos and can provide a video showing the issue if needed.

Very cheap but not very good quality unfortunately. Some items are a lot cheaper than other sellers but one item I bought failed on first use due to poor instructions. I was offered to return it but that would have cost money again. Their shipping location is not clear, sometimes Germany or Netherlands but based in Stockholm? I am not sure what to make of XLMoto, they seem a little contrived.

Shipping was quite long but products are good quality not replicas.

Took almost 2 weeks to get the items. Ended up finding same oils locally at the same price. No reason to order from the website when wait times are that long and prices same as local stores on the Island. Also back in the day I used to receive discounts and good offers from the email newsletter after a purchase, now it’s either nothing or something nobody wants or needs. More deals on oil and filers - less on purple gloves, thanks. I also don’t need 75 back protectors for a jacket I don’t own but thanks for reminding me about them every other day in my emails.
