Easy and Straightforward Download
This was a very straightforward transaction. It required patience while the software downloaded, but MS Office is a big program so this was expected. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes and I was grateful for the guidance sheet which gave simple step-by-step instructions. All in all a smooth, trouble-free experience.

Be concerned
I bought The Microsoft Office 2019 license key form them on the 7/03/21. I tried to install it but the wizard did not get activated and it prompt this code: oxC004C060. I checked it to find out that is a fraud. I then contacted the Microsoft support which told me that the licence key I was given is only for the Microsoft Developer Department and I shouldn’t have been given that one.

We are currently investigating this on our end. It looks like the sales dept. reported that there was a system error in sending you the correct Office version. The system couldn't issue a license and therefore it selected the nearest Office version in our system's inventory.
Please take note that you will be receiving the correct Office version with a license or product key. Kindly coordinate with our sales team via chat on our website as soon as possible. We will make sure that this gets resolved right away.

Microsoft Office key failed
I purchased a product key for Microsoft Office 2011 for my MacBook five days ago. The key did not work. Having spoken to Apple, they confirmed it was the wrong key. I have since emailed the company twice, tried the 24/7 chat multiple times and tried to call the company again multiple times. They answered once and said someone would come on the chat option, which they did. I was told i needed to upgrade but have had no information on how to do this. All further attempts to contact the company have been non existent. We are now going through PayPal to get a refund.
Thank you for your reply - I have tried numerous times to contact you via email, chat and phone but have been unable to reach you.

Regarding your purchase, we have checked the license and verified that it is a genuine copy.
The main issue was the not the software itself but because of compatibility issue with your current macOS. Your macOS version can't run an older version of Office. Office 2011 only works for macOS versions 10.5 to 10.9.
If only we identified what macOS version you had and carefully read the System Requirements that is clearly stated on the product page on our website, we wouldn't have any issues at all.
In terms of communicating with us, we are always open 24/7 via chat and we always make sure that all emails are addressed.
It is unfortunate that we could not resolve this issue because of miscommunication. But nonetheless, we would like to extend our help and make sure that you have a fully running Office application.

I was very happy with the price for Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019. It was unfortunate that the initial email which gave the link to the download page omitted to quote the product key. When I rang to enquire, I was told that the link was sufficient. After 5 attempts, this proved not to be the case. The tech team could not have been more helpful, even though it took 4 hours to get me up and running, it hasn't put me off. I would definitely buy from them again if the need arises.

Excellent service. Everything went through easily and quickly on the website during purchase. And then I realised I had ordered the wrong version of the software I wanted. But that was not a problem - one phone call and ten minutes later the order (already paid for) was adjusted and the correct software link was winging its way to me. Outstanding service and value. Ok got over initial frustration - got in touch with Xpressy who helped me resolve what was in effect a schoolboy error on my part 🙄
Total waste of time and money keeps asking for a password to download but does not say which one - I have several none of them work can I have my money back please ?
