Birmingham is in a very difficult health situation. An elongated withdrawal of labour by refuse collectors has created an untenable situation. Rats are now spreading from the inner suburbs to the outer suburbs. The Pest Controller is reasonably confident rats are not breeding on our property but may be transiting. We child mind four young grandchildren and cannot risk the health issues that uncontrolled vermin bring.

Mark, the gentleman who you sent, was super. He was kind, respectful and knew his craft. The rodent who occupied my house was very resilient, but so was Mark. He was persistent and used every tactic at his disposal until Ratty was eliminated.

Suspected rats in loft. The young guy who came to check the loft was very respectful and informative. He explained how they may have entered, checked various points in the house and put my mind at rest there was no obvious evidence they had entered the actual house.

Avoid!!! Had an appointment booked for a woodworm survey at my parents house who have gone into care. Took the day off work and drove 4 hours to the property. Just before the appointment was due I received a phone call telling me the appointment had to be cancelled and informing me the next available appointment would be in 8 weeks time. Cost me a day's pay and £70 in petrol. Shambles. Find a more reliable local company.
