Seems like a trustworthy casino but... I joined a few days ago using credentials based in the UK such as driving license and copy of bank statement etc, verification was all completed within 24hours , made a deposit and won a little, made the request for a withdrawel and it was processed within 24 hours and back into my account, since setting up the account can't get access as keep getting a message suggesting country not allowed, this could be bypassed with VPN so went onto chat and they were helpful but don't know where this will go if I continue to play, there are some excellent (off shore) casinos is this one of them? not sure , went through the terms and UK isn't a allowed territory, so if I got extremely lucky I could effectively be breaking T&C's having the block at the sign in page for me is a big enough red flag to close me account, the peeps on the chat are helpful and can't fault them. Definitely worth a go but with caution.

I always trusted trustpilots reviews but this site here has got me questioning what to believe ever again! Joined today after receiving endless emails enticing me to join. My games wer awful deposit & bonus gone in approx 6 mins. The chat agent asked me if "ud like a no deposit bonus head to trustpilot & leave us a 20 word positive review' I did as asked went back collected my 20 spins winning 20p. Absolutely disgusting they are paying people for reviews & this is why they are all so positive! How is this allowed? Terrible!! Ps I have all screenshots of this. To be fair. It's a new non gam stop casino. I've tried them all. This ones the newest one and obviously there's loads of bad reviews. I deposited 20 quid, turned it into 200, withdrawal via bank transfer after verification took about a day. Genuinely shocked as thought it would either not pay or take ages. Good experience on my end. I never leave reviews for casinos lol but this gets it because of the quick payout and verification which took literally less than 10 seconds as it seems to be all computerised.

Appalling experience in attempting to sign up
Appalling experience.
I tried to sign up after reading positive reviews on here, and I couldn’t even get past the first page of registration as I then received a notification saying
“Due to the restrictions of the regulator, we do not accept registrations of players based from your current location. If you’re using a proxy service or VPN, try turning it off and refreshing the page”.
I am based in the U.K. which seems to be within their jurisdiction.
I checked my iPhone settings and location services were switched on and I have no active VPN or proxy.
I wouldn’t mind but I hadn’t even reached the page to enter my address details!
I contacted customer support through live chat and I just kept being referred to the terms, which I had already checked, and there is no mention of U.K. customers being excluded.
I asked for a further explanation and was just told that I was unable to open an account, basically giving the impression that she didn’t actually give a sh*t and then said something along the lines of “we’re running around in circles and not getting anywhere” and she ended the live chat.
The irony is that I am an active member of their sister sites and have recently deposited with those sites etc, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an explanation regarding this issue.
Very disappointing as I was really looking to becoming a member of this site and would have made regular deposits too.
