The delivery and install has gone very smoothly and I am not regretting engaging Y-our Network to take over as our telecoms service provider. I have been impressed with the prompt replies from Kirstie and the expertise of Richard in answering any queries and resolving on site unexpected issues. Definitely a 5 star service!

To have eventually found a comms company that sticks to their word is a blessing. Y-our network group have been honest from the start , but more importantly they are reliable. In particular our point of contact Kirstie from YN is always at the end of a phone or email and responds to our queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner . Well done YN and especially Kirstie for giving us faith in a comma company again. Thanks and keep up the good work

A great company to deal with. Had a full new system installed, faultless from start to finish. If we have any issues they are always on hand to help either over the phone or on site. Extremely helpful, Richard and Kirstie have provided a 1st class service.

Faultless Service - Absolutely Recommended.

We contacted Y-our Network on Wednesday morning following a nightmare the day before with a different supplier, who had no idea, and who blamed their failings on the StarLink network.

Justine called me at 08:30, and by 11:00 Richard was on the case, and getting everything set up. The system was working by the end of the day, with just a few tweaks the following day.

Cannot fault these guys, and from a customer service point of view, probably one of the best companies we have worked with in a long while.

Having a phone system put into our new offices could not have been simpler.

The team were attentive and very efficient. I wish the other companies I worked with for this office move could have been this good.

A great Team to work with, Will came to see us for a Visit as I have been stuck in a terrible contract. He was able to help and made the experience very easy and personable. Kirstie has been amazing at keeping me in the loop all the way through the transfer process. So far the experience has been hassle free for me which is exactly what we needed. Thank you.

So Far So Good
We were contacted by Kirstie some months ago, and at first I thought it was a typical sales call. However, I was very unhappy with our telephone provider and was open to a conversation with Y-our Network. They have to date made good on all their promises, all contact is responded to in a very timely fashion and the transfer of our account from A N Other to Y-our Network has gone seemlessly. We have been with them for about 1 month so far, and I can honestly say the whole process has been painless and they have been a pleasure to work with. I don't often say that about telephone companies! I would happily recommend them if you are looking to change firms.

Personal visit answered all my questions, great service when setting up my phone system, nothing was to much trouble, they have kept in contact with me and answered emails quickly. I really hope this company keep the personal touch.

small family run business looking to save money on our expenses. from our first visit from will to install the process was very easy and quick even accommodating to our tight schedule of when it could be installed.

We are a small business and Y-our Network offered a great solution for us. They were very helpful during installation and set-up and very quick resolving our “how do I?” questions during the first few weeks. Would definitely recommend.
