Společnost ASC Yachting Gomar byl jako…
Společnost ASC Yachting Gomar byl jako provozovatel jachty dost nepříjemná, loď byla předána s dost vadami, nefunkční větroměr, rozbité držáky na okno, rozbité odčerpávání sprchy, rychomer fungoval jen občas. Dle stáří loď částečně pochopitelné, ale že by na konci plavby fungovala domluva při předání, kdy z pozice síly chtěli, abychom dokazovali, že to nefungovalo i předtím a nakonec z nás dostali 600 kun na opravy. a to začínali na 200 Eurech.

The boat was broken
The boat was broken, mechanic came a every day,
the engine was started with a screwdriver, after 3 days we gave it back the boat. The lady who served us on the phone was rude and we still don't have a refund

NO BOAT REVIEW feature
rented boat and on arrival it was without 1 of 2 sails, later we found troubles with engine gears and anchor winch...yachting.com unable to reach by phone....the biggest problem is that there is NO BOAT REVIEW feature, can't leave a comment on individual boat experience

Hello, we are very sorry for this unpleasant experience you had. If you wish, please provide us with more details via e-mail and we will proceed with official refund claim to the charter company. We will also put note in our internal system to this charter company and be careful in the future with booking with them them. You can leave online review on their account mentioning the boat you had.
Sorry you could not reach us. On Saturday we are online from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, otherwise from 8:00 to 18:00 during the week. If you could not reach us in these times, we can check what was the issue.

Dobra komunikace,přátelské prostředí.
Bylo by třeba věnovat větší pozornost pro kolegy , kteří zaškulují posádku před platbou o vybavení (byli jsme vybaveni mobilni el. centralou pro ohrev vody,ale napajeci kabel mel jinou zastrcku. Na konci plavby jsme nasli v utrobach paluby i tu ,ktera by nam fungovala).😉Jinak vše bylo v naprostém pořádku a spokojenost. Doporučeno známým. Děkujeme

Boat booking via hausboty.cz was okay…
Boat booking via hausboty.cz was okay with kind and opened communication although the stay was postponed for one year due to COVID pandemic. The only improvement opportunity I see in area of introductory training at AhojCzarter, where the staff was quite loaded (takeover of all the boats on saturday) and not really fluent in English. Being an absolute beginner, I would appreciate deeper and more thorough training than provided. On the other hand the staff was open, helpful and atmosphere friendly and very good. So overall it was great experience.
