Abominable trip service. VERIFY how trip problems will be addressed in advance. Insurance only compensates direct cost, not trip loss of days or stress.

3 days of a 10 day trip were lost due to incorrect airline ticketing. There is no 24/7 support line. No assistance was offered trying to get hotels/shuttles on a stranded in Washington, DC World Series weekend, for a 15 person group separated from a main group of another 22 already in Israel.

The remaining 7 days of the trip included a superb guide and bus driver, but the trip was already ruined. To date, no refund has been offered.

Hopefully this is a one off for other potential users.

Ya'lla Tours provided the most professional service. They worked with us to accommodate my clients and went out of their way to provide a trip that exceeded my client's expectations. They are delightful to work with. Thank you !!

Had a perfect time touring around Morocco with Ya’lla Tours. The booked accommodations were perfect and comfortable. The guides and drivers were very friendly and engaging.

Of special note, I would like to extend very warm, truly heartfelt, and deepest gratitude to our driver, Mohammed Alaoui. Words cannot express just how indebted I am to this man for making a special trip even more special. He has helped to make very real a longtime wish of mine to visit Morocco on a personal level. The sweetest and kindest of gentlemen. I wish nothing less than lifetime happiness for him.

Our guide, Boaz, was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I intend to return to Israel and would love to have Boaz as a guide again.

We loved the hotels that were chosen for us as well as being transported by the tour company to and from the airports and hotels. We did one guided tour in our 10 day trip to Greece. This was a private tour for the four if us. Our guide was very knowledgable, however, we were hoping for a less formal more interactive approach. Come to find out she usually led large tour groups and apparently was not used to be interrupted with questions. Unfortunately our final tour day she did not remember we had another location and the tour ended earlier than expected, by nearly 3 hours. We did not have our tour information with us so we thought we just went through the tour hours quicker than expected. While the tour was extremely informative we were SO disappointed we missed the final stop on our tour as we will not likely be back to Greece for awhile if ever. We loved Greece but we have so many other places in Europe we will want to visit. Everyone from the tour company was very helpful to the point of giving us their phone number to text with questions or help.

We had an amazing experience with Ya'lla. We missed our connection to Marrakech and I called as soon as I was able to advise our coordinator and everything was handled perfectly. Abidu was waiting for our flight the next day. Our four days with him were wonderful. We trusted him, he took great care of us, was super friendly and fun. Our two guides Hussein and Abdul also were incredible. Answered all our questions without hesitation, their English was perfect, we had a fantastic time!! We were going to do Morocco on our own, but our travel agent suggested some assistance, and are we glad we went with Ya'lla. It made our time in Marrakech very easy. Also, the Riad was beautiful, comfortable and the staff so polite. I actually miss Abidu very much.

Ronen put together an outstanding Jordan package for my family, including our college aged kids. Our tour guide and driver were top notch. Loved the glamping in Wadi Rum.

This was an absolutely great trip with all the involved and complicated cross boarder crossings very well coordinated. Our guide Mr. Hani was probably the best, most knowledgeable, guide we have ever had. He who took such good care of us, especially my wife who is a very timid traveler. A rating of "Excellent" would be an understatement.
This certainly was one of the best tours we have taken. Absolutely will use Yalla Tours again.
