On our last ride in Yerevan from the hotel to the airport we ordered a Yandex cab and selected the cash payment option to spend the remaining local currency we had left instead of the credit card payment. On arrival at the airport the driver demanded payment of ten times the agreed price by just adding a zero to it. As he wouldn’t let us leave (noting that he didn’t drop us at the airport but outside the parking area) we paid him what he was asking for to make our flight back home. This was the worst experience during our stay and the biggest mistake ordering Yandex with cash payment option.

Used Y.taxi in Israel and it's a disaster. Slow, drivers always cancel the rides, expensive

I've been using YandexGo in Moldova for almost 2 years, pretty much every single day. It's getting more and more painful. I don't know if they're even checking these drivers before having them onboard. It just sucks. I've never been compensated properly after any of my awful experience. They don't really care about customer satisfaction. All these aside, they don't even care about giving an average experience. I wish I had another option that I didn't have to use this terrible service. Just disappointment.

They charge random amount from your card. Don’t link your card to their app!

The drivers are dishonest. They choose on purpose the longest route.

The most bad service it is it charge more than 200 soms even for 1 km of ride.this is so unfair.

The most unprofessional,rude, illiterate drivers out there.

They complain for card payment sometimes even cancel because of card payments.
If your destination is far they most likely cancel as well.
Many times drivers ask you for more money than stated.

This is a joke not an app.

The GPS not working right.
The support actually not exists.
Somtimes they charge random amount from your card.

Wir nutzen bei unserem Urlaub im wunderbaren Uzbekistan ständig Yandex. Sie sparen damit locker 50% im Vergleich dazu, wenn Sie Taxis von der Strasse heranrufen. Leider kann man aktuell aus den bekannten Gründen nicht per App und Kreditkarte zahlen. Aber das macht nichts, sie müssen nur passende Beträge Cash dabeihaben. Ein paar Bitten habe ich aber. Bitte Yandex informiert eure Fahrer über die folgenden (eigentlich selbstverständlichen) Basics, damit eure Gäste sich noch wohler bei euch fühlen:

1. Wenn ein gross gewachsener Fahrgast hinten einsteigt, bitte den Sitz vorn ein wenig nach vorne schieben
2. Bei der Verladung des Gepäcks etwas helfen
3. Die Musik ausmachen oder leise
4. Die Verriegelung der elektrischen Fensterheber hinten freigeben, so dass der Fahrgast sich Frischluft beschaffen kann.
5. Bitte bald auch in Xiva Yandex Taxis anbieten
6. Und stets genug Wechselgeld dabeihaben.

Bad experience . I booked taxi. He comes. And ask the price, I answered 420R. He said sorry It is not possible, it is too cheap. And after That he said he will cancel race. He did not cancel. I paid 100R

I had made an oder recently and it was about 5.60 Lari. The price was fair, so I had accepted. But then it appeared that the driver canceled the ride and made me pay certain cost for each kilometer, which was more expensive than the ride I had ordered. I had to pay 7 Gel. The difference between this numbers aren’t big,but nobody likes to be deceived, so I’ve decided to post about this, hoping, no one else has to face the kind of a problem. While everyone is busy pretending and writing false reviews, here is the real deal about this company. They have few 🚕 taxis that are not reliable. You can have an appointment for 1 and call the taxi by 12 and still be late with this taxi company. Most cars used by this company are very old cars. Your ride will not feel so relaxing, in short, some cars even tear your cloth due to the exposed metals.

This company offers a premium taxi service, which is a pure scam because even if your order a premium taxi they still send you an economy taxi because most drivers registered with this company uses very old cars. In winter the taxis smell a lot. The drivers sometimes will not be at the address and will indicate that they are at the address and when you finally direct them to the address they still want to charge you a very high price for wasting your own time. You enter some taxi and come out feeling sick because of the bad smell.

It was all good back in the days but now their system and navigator are just horrible: navigator shows drivers wrong pickup point. I have several times applied for that to Yandex support and truth be told that support team workers are really very quick to reply but still nothing is done to update old system. Today I was totally shocked by knowing that Taxi driver did not receive my order while it was showing on my phone. I had to phone driver and ask him to pick me up. I had to contact support again. They arranged it all. Otherwise Yandex is a good reliable company, prompt service, good prices. You can rely on Yandex Taxi company, they provide customers with prompt services. Sometimes some bad drivers those for some reason not willing to come to appointed address violate terms or are even extremely rude, but after notifying Yandex Support Team they are properly punished. Yandex Taxi recommended.
