Loan Consultant David Piras provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to coordinate conveyancing lawyers for our SMSF loan. Our dream to purchase was drawn out over a period of approximatey 12 months due to rapid property price rise in WA, and being unable to gather a sufficient deposit to keep up. We engaged in periodic contact with Davis as we built our deposit and it was never a problem for David to re-estimate our borrowing capacity over time, and to talk though the additional requirements of SMSF loans. David's communication was very clear, direct and personable. Without hesitation we would recommend David to others, and select David as our loan consultant for future SMSF or investment loans. Highly transparent and smooth process with consultant William singleton

I had a very frustrating experience with Yard regarding my home loan application. While Alex, my consultant, was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them, the overall process was terrible. They kept asking for numerous documents, including a tax return for my self-employed status. Initially, they offered a 5.45% rate for my home loan, but after a month of back-and-forth, they suddenly increased it to 7.2%. The process was long, confusing, and disappointing.
