Purchased items early January. It couldn't be delivered to my work address and it's now nearly end of Feb and nothing.

Spent a lot of time chasing this by email and phone. The ai chat/email is infuriating and doesn't answer any questions or give any way to talk to a real person. Calling (if you get through) – keeps telling me that I can get a refund 'if they receive the goods back'.

This has all been out of my control. I just wanted to buy some clothing and now nearly 2 months later I just want my money back. I do not recommend purchasing from this company online at all. I'm still waiting for an update or timeline. Nothing. Waste of time and money.

Everything is poorly made and quite tacky in appearance, fit and durability. Very sad as I was quite excited with the massive deals over the holiday period but don’t be fooled, I’d consider this brand as fast fashion. Items are made overseas not locally (China, Bangladesh, etc.), seemingly drop shipped despite the packaging as I find it hard to believe a lot of the items would pass quality control. On the note of packaging, sooo much plastic was used. To top it all off they only collaborate with indigenous artists and pay royalties rather than are indigenous owned, which I wish I knew sooner.

My order arrived in good time. Sadly, the colours are nowhere near as bright as the photos showed. They are much more muted and not what was attractive to me in the first place. The zipper on the cosmetic bag does not work. I have not been able to find a way to get in touch with this company, and will not purchase from them again. Very disappointing.

I was so excited to support indigenous Australians as the company portrays. My order was over $200. The quality of the stuff is terrible, everything looks cheap. The earrings are plastic and looked like from the 2 dollar shop. It is embarrassing to gift this for Christmas to anyone.
It is infuriating they are charging prices like their stock is made in Australia.

I bought beach towels for all my family this year for Christmas. I wanted to support a local mob. . The price is not great for a product that is so inferior, I am embarrassed to give this away the quality is cheap. They also did not send me a towel I paid for. Despite ringing three times, writing two emails, I have had no one return my calls or try and fix this. This company is an overpriced joke cashing in on indigenous flavour. You would be better off going to kmart the quality is better.

Excellent. Really fast delivery. Beautiful wrap. Material lovely. Being slightly larger I was worried but it fits perfectly. Looks exactly as in picture. Definitely recommend. Thank you Yarn I love it!!

Make sure you pay with PayPal so if something goes wrong, PayPal will sort it out. My first order with them was great, it arrived on time and the itens were excellent quality.

My 2nd order was sent using the cheap and nasty courier Aramex who dumped the parcel in full view of the street and left without even knocking on the door to let me know it was there and it ended up being stolen!

I have contacted Aramex and Yarn on friday and it is now wednesday and no response from either of them. As a disabled pensioner, I cannot afford to have parcels stolen so I've put in a PayPal claim.

I have left 1 star because of their choice of courier and their lack of customer service. I am Indigenous and thought I was supporting an Indigenous owned company but have since found out that they are not Indigenous at all despite them trying to give that impression.

Dreadful customer service, awful experience. Purchased scrubs, after being assured by Yarn I could return for a refund however this never eventuated as my credit card was hacked by a DV perpetrator (Police and my bank advised me to close the account). Yarn will not refund now because I no longer have the original bank account I purchased the scuba with, I have even offered to show them the payment live sought DV paperwork to nil avail.

Ordered 2 weeks ago my tracking number doesn’t work and the enquiry’s can only be done through email, not to mention the communication is terrible and I still haven’t had a response!

I've bought a few shirts now, the first lot were too small, and the last couple were too big.
They were bought for Mother's Day.

Made an order on 24th December but still not received it, despite paying for item and shipping

Very small sizing. No option to swap for a larger size. I need to get a return and then repurchase, however to generate a return they want you to not only verify via text and email (no big deal) but also supply drivers license, passport or medicare number!! In this day of identity theft I wont do that. No one answers phone or emails so I am stuck with an item that is not the size descibed (ordered 16, measurements fit a 12) Do not recommend this company

Did not receive my item despite paying for shipping, no reply when emailing them twice. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, I would have never bought anything from them. Awful customer service.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered with them through Etsy 22nd March and never received my order. Contacted them on Etsy, no response. Go to their Etsy page to see that they no longer sell on Etsy!?! This is appalling service, not even a message to let me know that they no longer sell but are sorting my order or even automatically refund my order. Raised a case with Etsy who immediately refunded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Placed an order arrived in good time. However size was not a true size. Attempted to contact Yarn but after several emails and numerous phone calls we have had no luck. Returned item 23 Feb 22 but as yet have received no refund. No one from Yarn answeres emails or their custom service phone number. On the whole a sub standard service.

Arrived on time & securely package. Fits as expected. Excellent quality. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend

Not been dispatched, not answering emails ,rang over 20 times not answered once reported too action fraud absolute disgrace of a company

Hi my name is armand Higiro I made an order 4 weeks ago u don't even respond to my emails so I would like to know if I m not getting it I would like to have my money back as soon as possible this is ridiculous I m going to report you to the police and you guys have the audacity to ask me to rate u ,hoping that u ll respond as soon as possible this is the worst customer service I ever seen in my life

Have not received my order placed on 21/1/22. Have sent an email, message to Customer Services and repeatedly tried to call their number, leaving a message requesting a call back. No one has got back to me. Wish I had read the review page before ordering. Appalling service, do not deserve even one star.
