Michael and his Patient Co-ordinator Viv have been fantastic. They listened to all of my questions and explained step by step what would be entailed in the procedure I wanted.
They were both helpful and approachable. Always answering the numerous queries that I had.
Though ultimately I decided against it for now due to personal reasons, they were patient, understanding and genuine.

I had never undergone surgery before, but I had heard of Michael Payne and his outstanding reputation in the UK. From the very first online consultation, I felt completely at ease and had full trust in Michael. I decided to go ahead with breast implants and a rhinoplasty.

Michael was incredibly honest and even advised that I didn’t necessarily need a rhinoplasty, which I really appreciated. I chose to proceed regardless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My breast implants look amazing, and I am genuinely thrilled with the outcome of both procedures.

A special mention also goes to Viv, Michael’s PA, who is available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions or reassurance, which made the whole experience even smoother and more comforting.

Overall, I would give the entire experience 20/10. I’ve already recommended Michael to many friends who have since had consultations and agree that he is exceptionally professional, honest, and kind-natured. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future!

If 0* was an option I'd choose that. When I went into theatre, there were only men in the room. I woke up with bruises on my body that were nothing to do with the surgery . This was 10 years ago. I'm still traumatised

My personal experience wasn’t great and I’m sad to write this as he has such great reviews 1however I can only got on my own personal experience- I had rhinoplasty and if I’m honest my nose looked better before! When I told mr Payne how I he spent the first hour belit was ok then felt he promised me the world -when o rang back about revisions he was know where to be seen and was told I had to pay again - very disappointed

On 24th November 2018(10 weeks ago) i had breast re augementation done by Dr Michael Payne at Dolan Park Hospital in Bromsgrove. I previously had 240cc implants done 17 years earlier & after 2 children made the decision to go larger & more fuller. I booked my consultation with Miss Kayleigh Endres who was so lovely & very professional. After meeting Michael for the first time I was very impressed with how much time he spent with me to answer all of my questions & made me feel very relaxed & comfortable. My surgery was booked for 3 weeks later (I couldn't wait). On the day of surgery I arrived at Dolan Park Hospital & was met by very friendly reception staff who quickly took me to my private room. In the space of 2 hours I was prepared for surgery. I was visited by Michael & also the anaesthetist who made me feel at ease. The nurses were all so lovely! My surgery took 55minutes & I was taken to my room to recover. Every 30min the nurse would come & check my stats and as soon as I was feeling awake I was bought tea biscuits & a sandwich of my choice. The service I had was top class everyone was so re assuring and made me feel so relaxed. I would 100% reccomend Dr Michael Payne if you are considering cosmetic surgery & Dolan Park Hospital which were 5 stars ! I ABSOLUTELY Love my new assets Dr Payne has done an AMAZING job & I'm healing well. My scarring is very minimal & very neat ! It couldn't have gone any better. Recovery for the first 3 days after surgery was slightly uncomfortable but I had NO bruising. I bought my post op bra for 39.99 from the hospital & would reccomend as they're so comfortable. I arrived at the hospital at 9am and i was back home by 7pm on the evening ! I cannot wait for the summer now so I can show off my new assets !!! :)))
