Yeti clean do not remove mess
Yeti clean do not remove mess as described on their website, left so much mess had to call professional to come to remove it. Cover yourself and pay only half and the other half after a few days because you will find many issues.

Avoid at all costs
Booked in for a roof clean with external clean included late last year and had it completed in January.
Initial impressions was relatively positive although they didn’t clean the whole roof, only part of it.
A few days after the clean it because clear that the clean had damaged the gutters in serveral places at front and rear of the house and water was pouring down the house when it rained.
Paul initially said he would come back and fix it but then refused after a week and said they had “uncovered and underlying issue with the gutters” and to get a builder out to fix them.
Was also told I would receive an invoice with pictures of the clean - had to chase to receive these and there is no guarantee as advertised.
Awaiting Paul to come back to me with a suitable remedy for the issues caused.

Very good service from Paul looks like a new roof. Paul worked hard over two days despite the weather being against him. He was conscientious and careful especially when walking through our house to get to the rear of the property.
The roof clean standard is 10/10

Still waiting for the warranty 4 months on!
The work was done well on the roof but I am still yet to receive a copy of the warranty for the growth resistant sealant they put on the roof some 4 months on.
Chased several times, limited response from Mike...does not install confidence.
UPDATE: you will see they replied claiming they have sent the warranty to me…they haven’t. We are now some 8 months on. Dropped the two stars to one for customer service.
