York Cameras in my opinion and experience have a fast system in place to handle their sales and delivery which results in next-day delivery. If you live like me in N Ireland that is the exception, and many retailers will not even supply goods. I recently purchased a used Fuji XT-2 camera body, boxed with all accessories etc. What a lovely camera and in 'excellant' condition as was rated by the store.
After a helpful phone inquiry to the store, the item was dispatched promptly and took less than 24hrs to arrive. Very carefully packaged up too, may I also add.

What a great experience! I had a query relating to a lense so initially called the shop. My query was dealt with in a polite, quick and professional manner. I went ahead and purchased the lense in question. It arrived the next day and was exceptionally well packed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

York Camera Mart got me out of trouble on holiday recently! I have got several Canon DSLRs and decided to bring my very old but trusty 5d (original), but in my haste when packing I grabbed the wrong charger and only discovered my daft mistake when I got to the hotel in York. I live in Wilton near Salisbury which is 280-odd miles away so no way to nip home to swap them. So next day I found York Camera Mart online and visited them and was able to get a universal charger which saved the day 😎👍 Very helpful staff member and great service. Many thanks 🙏

The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and courteous.
