Terrible keep calling every single day so uncomfortable and teachers from Pakistan.

Unfortunately, my experience with this portal has been very disappointing. The organisation appears to be more money-driven than education-focused.

Once the payment is made, the service quality drops significantly. Class timings are not maintained, and teachers often cancel or drop classes without any prior notice, which shows a lack of professionalism and respect for students’ time.
The promises made during enrolment do not match the actual service delivered. Many naive students are misled by attractive claims that are not fulfilled after payment.

Customer support is also poor. When issues arise, instead of resolving them transparently through the main office, students are redirected to multiple customer service numbers based in Pakistan, which creates confusion and delays. There is no clear accountability or proper escalation process through the Singapore office.
Overall, this is not a reliable education service provider. I would strongly advise potential students to do thorough research before enrolling and not rely solely on marketing promises.

Spam calls. Avoid this company. Telemarketing company trying to sell ebooks.

Terrible pestering company, never ever give across any contact details other than email, they will never ever leave you alone calling on weekends, early mornings, you name it

Even after telling them now about 6 times to stop they do not.

I took a single course with this company in 2021. While the course itself was affordable and the instructors were competent, registering on their site and providing my phone number proved to be a significant mistake.
Nearly five years have passed since completing the course, yet their marketing team continues to call me relentlessly, despite my repeated requests to delete my data and cease all contact. I have formally requested data deletion under data protection regulations and even filed a complaint with the ICO, but they persist in ignoring these requests.
This aggressive and non-compliant marketing practice is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer privacy rights and data protection laws.

I have been contacted by Cloud Campus Academy over 15 times in the past year, despite the fact that I am not a student and have no need for tutoring services. Each time, I have clearly requested that they remove all my personal information, including my name, email, and phone number, from their system.

Despite these repeated requests, the calls and emails have not stopped. This complete disregard for my privacy and failure to honor my requests is absolutely unacceptable. I have made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted, and yet the harassment continues.

The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for privacy is astonishing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious about providing any information to this organisation. Their practices seem intrusive and unreliable, and it’s extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly ask them to stop contacting me.
