Excellent experience, I wish I could have been able to purchase wig stands

I purchased a three wig bundle. These wigs looked the worst as if they knitted together some wool and put it on a sub standard wig cap. One didn't have a shape for my ears. I have sent 3 emails to get a RMA number and nobody is responding

Them wigs ain't no good and they look nothing like you order. They really played in my face and sold me these ugly costume wigs. Then when asked to return them they don't pay shipping which cost a lot of money then they only want to give you 15 dollars after you spent 100.

It was not a glueless lace front as I ordered, the quality is okay

The variety of styles was great. I also liked the assortment of lengths and colors. The site was easy to maneuver throughout. My hairdresser recommended this site so I look forward to getting my wigs real soon.

The wig was nothing like the advertisement

the wigs were not what was on the picture you show. I was not informed about shipping cost on my return and all you offer me was $15.00

Those wigs are trash I will never wear them. I know they are cheap but the false advertisement should not happen I am so disappointed. If I could get a refund I would appreciate it

Prices are great

You want cheap and low quality this your company. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody maybe homeless person looking to keep head warm.

ALl the good reviews are FAKE or people have reviewed the wrong company.
The wigs were supposed to be the same wine red one was more dark clown hair colour. Both looked the same style and plastic. Nothing at all like the videos and nice reviews. I’m got the fake site. The real site is called MY FIRST WIG.
They keep emailing you with offers encouraging you to complete your order don't be fool!! Yourfirstwig is fake and use false good reviews from the other site.
It’s a shame as I was looking forward to them. return both but only received a fraction of the cost. Stay away!@!

I ordered two wigs and both were of very poor quality. I contacted the company for a refund but they claimed that it was too expensive to return the wigs and get a refund, and gave me a partial refund of $15 (when my purchase was worth £45). Basically they're rip-off merchants that trade using a name similar to a legitimate brand (myfirstwig) and get away with it. Avoid at all costs!

also got scammed these are cheap halloween store wigs, not human hair, sheds, rubbery scalp material. These are the worst wigs i have ever seen. Bait and switch at its finest. Run don't walk. You definitely get what you pay for.
Their response: Dear Customer, I appreciate your response. We are sorry our item didn't measure up to your expectations.. We will make an honest effort to improve, additionally, there will be two choices provided to you
1.If you decide to keep the product, you will immediately be reimbursed a partial refund of $10.

2. You can return the product to us and we will give you a full refund. If you accept, we will provide our returning address. Please note that you will take charge of the shipping fee.
I'll state in advance that international shipping is expensive (you can ask the post office for logistics costs first.Please note: Customs taxes and fees will also need to be paid by you.) and the rate of lost shipments is relatively high, as well as the time it takes to sign for them, I think a partial refund and you keeping the items is a better option.

Do you accept we offer you a partial refund ($10 dollar) and you still keep the item you received?

I ordered the bundle of 3 wigs. What a HUGE mistake.
The 3 wigs arrived. Not even similiar to the wigs i ordered and the quality is shocking. I contacted customer service. They offered me $10 and i could keep or return the wigs, but i would have to pay approx £15 to return them. The wigs can only be worn at a fancy dress party!!
Do not waste your money

Au niveau de commande, rien à dire. Le site est clair, le paiement et la livraison se sont bien passées.

Par contre niveau produit....! Rien à voir avec la photo ou la vidéo. Ce ne sont pas les mêmes perruques. Les closures sont grossières, dures et visibles à des kilomètres. En plus on ne peut pas être remboursé. Et les échanges ne sont pas possible si le produit a été ouvert .... on marche sur la tête !

I almost bought three wigs but then I realized that they must of copied the wigs from a real website called myfirstwig.com and I went there and they didn’t have any sales like so called “yourfirstwig” and that’s when I knew for sure it was a scam.

The reason I gave 4 stars is that I had a hard time trying to buy 3 wigs to get free shipping it was letting me buy two wigs. Finally after I was able to buy the 3 and get my 10% discount and free shipping. Hopefully I will love the wigs.
