EVERYTHING!!! I have written a review via email immediately after receiving all 5 wigs. They are nothing like what was advertised. It feels as though you guys utilize another company’s advertising to sell your products! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want them. I am returning them and I am requesting a full refund. I have pictures and hope I’m able to upload them. For example, the red wig (advertised) is more of a wine color with lighter hues red. However, your red wig literally looks like the curly light red wig Annie wore in the movie “Annie!” It’s horrendous!!! Besides, they have a horrible disgusting smell. You guys need to stop selling wigs until you upload the exact representation of what you’re selling!!!! This was a complete misconception of the product for my first wig purchase. I’m NOT paying for these!!!!

Scam! Please don't buy from this website—misleading advert. I ordered two wigs from yourfirstwig website but received none like what I paid for.
I contacted customer service and was asked to return the wigs at my own cost to China from the UK or keep them and receive a $10 refund. I can't even wear the wigs as they're just wrong! So how can I keep them?
I found this to be unfair and requested a full refund or replacement. I've not heard anything from them.
It took almost 3 weeks to receive my order and it wasn't what I expected!
I've e-mailed customer service to resolve this there has been no reply. So disappointed.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! DO NOT TRUDT THIS COMPANY!!!!BOTH WIGS I ORDERED COULDNT OF BEEN CHEAPER AND UGLY, LOOKS LIKE DOLL HAIR WITH A HORRENDOS SOW. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, ANY COMPANY WILL BE BETTER THAN THE GARBAGE THAT I Received, I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE FORKING OVER 56$.

I have not received my order and find this company fraudulent.

You’re advertising something you’re not providing. You’re a bait and switch scam operation. But I’m sure this isn’t news to you cause your dishonest company.

I am not a happy customer. I ordered the 3 wigs for 59.99 on December 28. It is almost the end of January. I have NEVER recieved a package and they took my money. I am working on a dispute with them now. They are a scam company!!!!!Usually, I do my research and read reviews before I order. I should have went on here first to see all the bad reviews. Whomever this person is, I pray over them because they definetly will reap what they sow taking peoples money. It's sad and pathetic. They will get caught.

Easy to navigate and had a great selection.

There needs to be a 0 rating. This fraud company will not leave me alone. I have unsubscribed several times. The products are garbage and you can't get ahold of anyone. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

It was ok I guess, never done this b4 so I'm a little scared but also a little excited can't wait to get my products 😊.

Like many its a shame we can't give 0 stars. I had the same experience as many. Received wigs that looked nothing like I ordered. I anticipated that I would have issues returning and kept the 3 rotten wigs. And surely as I see from other customers that the had issues and were not refunded appropriately. Remember the saying... if it looks to good to be true, then the likelihood it is!.
I notice they don't even respond to the reviews. RED FLAG!
And the good reviews are from people who have only completed the purchasing process, which obviously would run smoothly as they want the money.
My mistake was not reading the reviews 😕

The experience was wonderful and it sent me emails right away after I was finished with my order and I was happy about that.

These wigs are cheap and shedding. I received it today and open it with hair falling out of it. It is not as described

This is my first purchase. Honestly. I am a bit skeptical buying wig online but I was introduce to this online store by a friend. I only hope it is exactly what is displayed that I get. Its a very pretty store, with lots of colors but I found quite distracting, the pop ups. They keep flashing around a lot I daresay. Also, probably too busy. Regardless, payment was easy and swift and I am keeping my fingers crossed that delivery will be swift and easy too. I definitely will leave reviews when I get my orders.

The wig was horrible. The part looked so bad like it was tapped together. Very unsatisfied with this product.

The first wig I ordered was great. Returned to site and purchased three more. They sent totally different wig which looks horrible. It is wrong color, wrong texture, wrong style. Will not refund my money. Only want to pay a fraction of what I paid.

If I could give zero stars I would. The wigs look nothing like advertised. It was probably my fault for thinking such seamless wigs could come at that price. But it’s not even that the wigs don’t look natural at all, I ordered one that was supposed to be a burgundy, loose, wavy wig. The wig they sent looked like Raggedy Ann’s wig. Not at all what was advertised. Do not waste your money on these. This company should be shut down!!!!

The prices were good. I found I wanted very easy.
