I would provide a lower score but it does not allow it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE (make sure you look up the company name as well)...the wigs are not as specified in the images on the site or in the videos you are watching. The process in which you pay is done so intentionally as to lock you from receiving your monies back from the trash product, or incorrect order in my case and the wigs are trash. Your financial institution will offer no help even if the order is incorrect with scripted verbiage of their failings in their inability to assist in what they state they can assist in while making money off of your money invested within their entanglement.

First of all I don't like the way this company does business
Never answer emails or phone calls. It's been almost a month no wig. I'm going to continue to look for another company that's more organized. Unbelievable

It was very user friendly and easy to select what you want.

The website was ok to navigate, but kept jumping to places to sell more products. I get it, but sometimes I just want to get to the purchase point. Can’t wait to get my wigs!

What made my experience great are the photos, the selection of products, and the ease of making the payment.
I can't wait to receive the products for me and my granddaughter! Thank you!

What I ordered is nothing like what I received in the mail

What I got was different from what was advertised. The picture showed no sew in but what I got showed the sewing . No happy at all dnt waste your money people.

I was very disappointed! I did not receive the wigs that I ordered. This is called false advertisement! I will not be doing business with this company again!

Wigs was not like pictures on site. I was very disappointed 😞

This site was one of the easiest to navigate , I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait for the wigs to come. I hope they match the photos well.

Very low grade product. False advertising, product advertised is not what I received.

It was easy and smooth. I could go back in and change my order if I needed too.

Haven't received them yet 😕. I order them on 9-21-23. I email the company. I get this email about how do I like the product. I don't know because don't have the wigs yet 😕

I don’t think this company is legit. I thought it was a very easy purchase but they have yet to deliver. And it’s been a while. Their customer service is not helpful
*UPDATE* I finally received the hair in late October. It was awful. I had ordered 2 burgundy colored wigs and 1blonde wig. They were trash. All 3 came in 1 bag. The burgundy ones were pink and fuscia and the blonde one was bleached so badly it had streaks of green. Since u had only pat $59. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from them

It’s a scam. Paid for 3 different styles at 3 different prices and they send me 3 wigs not even looking like what I ordered. Then they tell me I ordered the same wig 3 times

Being able to actually find a short wig of 6 inches. But I wish you offered a 4-in wig instead

My experience purchasing was good. Now I pray my orders look just like the picture.

The sent poor quality wigs. None of the wigs matched the description they advertised. The packagign was also very poor. The hair in the wig was falling off when I opened the packaging of the wig. It was nanufactured in a poor way. When I reqeusted them to send new wigs of good quality, I was given poor response which sounded more like a blackmail and warning that made me think I would lose my money with them. They gave me a China address to retun them. They also said postage is my repsonsibility and I will not be given any free postage options depite the mistakes being theirs. They did not show any professional and ethical responsibility. This company seems to have very poor standards when it comes to serving overseas cutomers. Based on my expereince, I will not recommend this company to anybody as I felt betrayed and cheated by this company. Thanks
