I love the wigs and waiting to enjoy them

I would not order from this company again. I ordered a wig and the wig I received looks NOTHING like the I paid for. Order from LUVEME hair; you get your items in less than 5 days and the quality is better.

For my 1st time ordering a wig online it was very easy. However, you need to improved on your "tracking" aspect. Its been several days, and the package has no "shipping" date as of yet.

I do not have any issues with the process at this time.
I just want to know that my information is secure and i will be satisfied when I receive my product.

I brought 2 wigs for 40.00 as advertised on online and when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture and was supposed to be human and the are clearly synthetic. Never again!!! Do not waist your money on this sight and always read reviews!!!!

EASY TO USE SITE. FREE shipping on this first order made it worthwhile. Waiting to try the wigs, the lace is different and still seems heavy on the back wig, but want to see how they flow with me here in florida.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. I order 2 different style wigs in 2 different colors. I received 2 wigs with the exact same old dry, jeri curl look in 2 colors. The wig quality is horrible. The hair feels and smells like the old plastic Barbie hair from when I was a kid in the 70's.

Update. The companies response to my review is fake. I emailed and tried to contact Customer Service and have received no response. I will gladly re-write my review if they actually resolve this.

I love the prices and will be ordering more wigs

I was disappointed to see that when I used my higher promo code WIG20 my free shipping was taken away even though I was supposed to get it because I bought 3 wigs. This almost caused me to abort and cancel my order! I think it's unfair and poor business behavior to take away something that you give because a person chooses to take advantage of a discount coupon you offered !

It was a good discount on the wigs. The pictures and options were clear enough. I love the fact that there was a free shipping option as well. Thanks

The experience was great but I was under the impression this hair store was in the states. It's fine that it's not but my order has even been processed as of today nor have I received a tracking number. I was told 7-15 business days for delivery and that too is false. (As this is day 3 and the time isn't adding up) That is why I'm giving a 3 out of 5 because the advertising is deceptive. Everything should be stated at once as in location, how long it takes to prepare/process an order and the actual time you'll receive your order.

This was my first wig purchase. There was a good selection although I couldn't tell if the wigs came ready to just wear, or if I had to do extra work to get them to look like the photos. However, the prices were too good to pass up.

I ordered two wigs on 8/31/2023...just received them today. They are nothing like the website advertised, synthetic and HORRIBLY constructed. Cheap pricing does not equal good quality. If you don't want to waste your money, Do NOT purchase from this site! I've learned my lesson smh

Easy to navigate. Wigs look great on the site. I'm hoping that they will look as presented. The last wigs I ordered did NOT look as they were presented. I'm giving this another chance.

I was very disappointed when I received my wigs. I ordered a fluffy kinky hair and a short bob wig. What I received was a plastic ugly heavy custom made. I emailed them and no answer. This company is a scam. Stay away.
