After buying a new laptop from YourFix, I had problems establishing a stable Internet connection. The team went abive and beyond to sort out the problem and get me up and running. Really great service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I couldn’t charge my iPhone so went into Cannock to Your fix ,spoke to very polite young man who had a look at it .I had broken charger lead and it was snapped inside he promptly removed it and checked it was charging brilliant service.Have also had my husbands iPad repaired in the Bridgetown premises.

Took my dad’s iPad in as it would not charge.
The staff were so helpful gave the charging dock a really good clean and fixed it. Never charged me. Would highly recommend very friendly and very helpful

Amazing service!!
To cut a long story short; I purchased a refurbished phone from an online company, the phone’s battery was shot. The company wouldn’t take responsibility until ‘Fix’ helped me out.
So helpful!
With their help, I have now had a full refund and a fully working phone, which I purchased from Fix.
Will not be shopping for tech anywhere else from now on.

I have to say that my experience at Your Fix Bridgetown was brilliant in every way. I was dealt with by Rob, who really, and I mean REALLY knows his stuff. A Prompt and value for money repair to a broken hinge on my Asus VivoBook. I was kept informed every step of the way via email and txt, outstanding!

Made a couple of enquiries about getting a new charging port fitted to my I pad air 3 at one shop was quoted a price and the tablet would have to be sent away and would be around a week away, other place quoted a stupid price for the repair, but your fix gave me a fixed price and a 24 hour turn around for the repair plus a guarantee of 12 months on the repair..
Not to be beaten, also pleasant and helpful staff will remember your fix for any repairs in the future.

2nd time having samsung s23 ultra screen replaced. Couldn't be more pleased. Straight to point fast repair many thanks Amy

Such fantastic service, can’t recommend highly enough! Had an issue with my son’s Nintendo Switch controller and was on the brink of thinking we were going to have to buy a new one to replace it, however Your Fix literally did what they say and sorted it within minutes!! Friendly staff, easy to park and access, would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service wanted my sons ps5 looking at thought it was broken the helpful guy looked at it for me promptly also been before for other computer problem and they’ve been wonderful! Definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant. Wish I could have given more than 5 stars!! I took in a severely water damaged iphone. Kirsty was really sympathetic & within no time I had a call from Rob letting me know what he was going to do. He tried everything but unfortunately couldn't save my phone. He helped set up my new phone and gave me instructions on security. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Trustworthy and really friendly. (Plus he can fix GHD straighteners!! Wish I'd have known that before I bought some new ones).
