Rang to order battery .told to go Friday at 1.00 to have fitted .when there battery not ready.rang to say go Saturday.went hung round waiting to be told wrong battery sent .promised to come house tuesday night and repair .thought fair enough .stayed in guess what nobody came or rang to say sorry not coming .wont bother in future

So I went to the store in cannock town centre and this guy really knows what he's talking about, is true to his word and very quick and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was with my phone, ordered the part straight away, called me as soon as it arrived and fixed it in half an hour of me dropping my phone off to the shop. I was going on holiday in the next couple of days and was so worried I would be going without my phone. Absolute legend. Would highly recommend 👍😁

very helpful my old computer tower was almost beyond repair so they completely renewed and rebuilt it to windows eleven at a fair price, it is now super fast, i did have a problem with no sound when i got it back, but i rang them and they sent a technician around the same afternoon and he fixed the problem. very pleased.

Phil was great. My phone was collected in the morning to have a smashed screen replaced and returned to me within a few hours. Couldn't ask for a better service at all.

As a heavily pregnant woman of twins I was struggling to get into town to fix my phone, fortunately Phil was able to come to my house and fix it there for me within 30mins. Fantastic service and customer relations. Will definitely not hesitate to use again.

My husband Father Peter Weatherby from St Mary’s Church Cannock- a big Apple fan looked at my phone after it had been ran over by a car on Monday- he took one look at it and said “you’re going to need a new one - but I’ll take it to Your Fix.co.uk and see if they can repair it- probably not!” So he did. And I’m now typing this review in it. Phil you’re amazing! Thankyou so much for making it look like a brand new phone! Quick, efficient service with a smile and so fair in price too! I took my broken laptop to Fix and the staff were extremely helpful. The next day I received a call from the shop in which they explained what was wrong with the laptop and asked if I would like to order the new parts. The parts arrived promptly (next working day) and were tested before I received a text to collect.

A YouTube video was also sent via email of my laptop being fixed which was a lovely touch and the price I paid was very reasonable!
