My parcel went missing from courier, I contacted the customer service team, they were so helpful and as the items were no longer available that I had ordered they upgraded my parcel which I was kind of them. I have purchased a few things from this site and would highly recommend them, and will order again when I need anything for gifts. Also the Customer Service support team thank for your generosity in my upgrade the items are stunning

I'm not a huge K-pop fan myself, but I was looking for a birthday gift for my sister who absolutely loves it. Made an order, got order confirmation.day later I get the tracking number, that hasn't updated since and its been 2 weeks. No reply to email, auspost says it's on it way...

I would give it less if I could. I ordered merchandise and waited over 2 months to receive it only to find that they didn’t send 1 item. When I sent an email advising them I got no response. To date I still have no response. DO NOT USE THEM. I am out money and the don’t care to make it right. They go by several names. Adstorm is another name

In the beginning of April i ordered a shirt and keychain for my daughter. Never recieved a confirmation on email despite writing to them twice plus they were very fast to take the money from my card. Until now still no reply and no package. When ordering it said it i would have it by the end of april.

Scam. I purchased Jennie Blackpink earrings, never got a confirmation email. I emailed them, and they emailed back that they received my order, which I thought was a good sign, but never received a confirmation number. Then radio silence. Never a shipping email, and never received the product and had to contact my bank for my money back. An annoying hassle.

Edit: I actually received my earrings! Over a month later they just randomly showed up in the mail. Wow horrible customer service, but I got the earrings. One of the earrings came out crooked (they are drop earrings), so I kind of had to break it and then super glue it back together correctly. But after I fixed it they look great. So...four stars because I'm nice, but really they need to be better about communication! I had to call my bank again to send back the money to them.

Great place to buy kpop clothes. Shipping was very accurate and everything I purchased was received and good. I gave five stars because I feel they deserve it. Great job keep it up. Thanks.

The army bomb I ordered was fake. The packaging was basically destroyed. The beads that were inside of the bomb were stuck to the sides. The ARMY and BTS logos were on the wrong side and this is only a little bit of the problem. Don't waste your time with this store.

These products have a magical quality that makes me feel beautiful inside and out. The products are true to size for the size description of the product not necessarily mall sizes. You can measure yourself and know what sizes fit! I love this website!! Super duper cuteness...
