I had a problem with a hoodie's size that I had bought a few months before and had saved to give as a gift. When it was opened part of the hoodie was damaged, it had a stain..
I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. They resent me a new hoodie!

Do not buy from this seller. The items are fake and look obviously fake, nothing like the pictures. I wanted to return these and was denied.

it is a very good quality store, although I rarely shop from it because of the cool prices. the shop has trendy kpop clothes, but they can get very pricey.

Cool shop! But I had to take a star off cuz they didn't have exactly what I wanted. I ordered an exo sweatshirt but it was sold out. They did, however, have another sweater which was an acceptable replacement. The product came in the right time window with no damages. I was satisfied with the customer service they provided in getting a replacement item!
