Excellent service not only do they clean the windows they also do the doors. They also manage to clean the bedroom window that sits above our conservatory

Following several months of frustration mainly down to difficulty in communication with YL office AND rushed jobs, 2 of the operatives have turned it around.
Superb job from Paul and most recently from Jay who exceeded expectations with the job he did for us. Great to see a good work ethic does still exist.

Brilliant service as always from Dean Bates works around our customers during busy periods and delivers a spotless job every time. Highly recommend!

First clean from Local - very impressed. Really nice man called Graeme - did a great job

They started off really good. A little expensive but very reliable, and they did a good job of cleaning my windows. Then out of nowhere, they must have changed their water supplier and staff, as it was leaving streaks, and their brush wasn’t getting into the bottoms and sides of the windows, leaving them with dirt and grit on the glass. I complained, and a supervisor came out and agreed it wasn’t acceptable. Offered a free clean if I gave them another chance, so I accepted, but whoever cleaned them was worse than before, so I cancelled.

I've been using Your local for a few months now and have to say it's been a good service. They always message before they are due to come. Always polite when communicating and always send a message to say they are done which I appreciate as I have a dog and need to keep the gates secured so it's nice to know when they are coming and going. This past visit was done by Joshua and his service was good.

Joshua, my window cleaner, arrived on time and did a great job as usual.

Windows cleaned for the first time today after recently signing up. Graeme was friendly and did a great job. All the frames are now sparkling aswell as the windows. Whilst its more expensive than my last window cleaner, you get what you pay for and I am impressed with the service today.

I really don't know if it's due to incompetence or dodgy business practices, but I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel my window cleaning with no success so far.

04/03 - Signed up to their website (already having the window cleaning service) and went to My Services section...nothing. I emailed their Customer Services explaining that the service wasn't listed and I wanted to cancel.
06/03 - Jordon replied saying their website was under maintenance and if I provided my address and postcode he would close my account. Replied straight away.
17/03 - Received a text that the window cleaners would be arriving the next day. This is now a no-reply text service so god only knows how you're supposed to deal with this if you can't provide access. Followed up with Customer Services to let them know about the text and if they had actioned my cancellation.
18/03 - The window cleaners indeed turned up followed by a request for £15. Informed customer services of this and demanded they reply before the end of the day or I would take further action, as of writing this review, they still haven't replied.

So I am now out of pocket by £15 that I can ill-afford, and absolutely no idea how I can cancel this service that I don't want. Surely they can't get away with this?

I’m not sure about this company at cleaning windows but the driver are dangerous cutting in front of people almost causing me to have an accident with my child in the car ! I will make sure never to use this company and will let others know not to use it too!
It will be a good idea to be train any of the team to be well mannered and abbey to the road safety laws especially when displaying the company’s name!!!
