I arranged a window cleaning service with Ish, who quoted £40 for the job. However, he failed to turn up at the agreed time and made no effort to inform me or apologise. This lack of communication and reliability is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are expected to organise their time around appointments.

To make matters worse, I later checked the company website and found that the advertised price for this service is £20, which raises concerns about the accuracy and fairness of the quote I was given.

I have never written a bad review but n any service before but your local have been terrible. I signed up through a very helpful door to door sales for person. However. After 3 weeks, 3 phone calls, all which said they would get back to me and no one has, and an email. I am STILL yet to have my windows cleaned! I thought going with a family run business would mean something. Obviously not. I will try yet again tomorrow to contact yourselves and get some clarity on what’s going on.

Joshua did a good job of cleaning this week. Sometimes the windows aren’t cleaned brilliantly but more often than not I’m satisfied hence 5 stars. I like the text advising that they are coming and the easy way to pay!

I get text messages when they coming to clean my windows, staff very polite and respectful. I would recommend your local for your windows being cleaned they do a great job.

I am trying to cancel with yourlocal. Have sent a message. If I get harassed by them I will be in touch with my solicitor. I have heard many complaints about them.

Friendly and reliable window cleaning service. Joshua even gives a friendly phone call to let you know he's on his way. Very happy with the service they provide and reasonably priced for the job they do.

Easy to set up. I like that it's all online and easy to pay and cancel if needed.
I like that they send a heads up text the day before they complete the job.

I signed up to get my windows cleaned a few months ago. Apparently they have cleaned my windows twice, once in Jan 2026 and again in Feb 2026. I have no idea if they actually turned up as they dont tell you or leave a card and I've not seen anyone! They took payment automatically both times.
They are due again today but so far nobody has been. I've emailed them several times but no reply and they don't even answer the phone. In fact their number registers as suspected spam which is very worrying. Their app is terrible and very amateur to say the least. Feel like I need to contact my bank to block payments.
