Delayed payment
I was working with the site and it was an amazing experience and all of a sudden I placed a withdrawal since July 17th and didn't get paid till date and no matter how much I try to reach out to the customer service I never get a response which is frustrating.

Please investigate both transactions and confirm:
- Whether the $12.35 payment was actually sent to PayPal and, if so, provide the transaction/reference ID and the date it was processed.
- Why the $10.68 payment is still showing as pending.
