I have used Your Plumber for several years and can't fault their punctuality, tidy working environment in my home and a good attention to detail.

Drew moved some radiator pipe work and installed a flush mounted tall radiator on a different wall to the original one, and his polite nature and work ethic was/is a good reflection on Your Plumber's workmanship.

Amazing service. Recently, after continual problems with a boiler. I called Yourplumber. They provided a detailed written estimate and full explanation of what the works entailed. They provided an excellent price and filled me with confidence. Drew arrived on the day and immediately put shoe covers on and laid covers over all of the flooring. By the end of the day a new boiler was installed. Everything was cleaned and Drew even hoovered throughout his work area. Excellent company and service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Well done Yourplumber. Your service is unbeatable.

They tried to sell me several parts for my boiler that it didn't need, tell me my boiler was dangerous when it isn't, quoted me over 1k too much for buying and fitting a new boiler, and when I raised issues with it and said I was going to report them, the man I spoke to tried to use intimidation tactics on me.

Would not touch company again with a bargepole.

Your Plumber carried out a gas boiler replacement together with installing a new indirect unvented Joule cylinder which replaced the existing loft tank and hot water cylinder, two radiators were also replaced (a weeks work). They provided excellent service, on time, the team were hard working, clean, tidy and efficient. Communication was good and polite at all times. Very pleased with end result.

I was kept informed throughout. Due to illness within the company, my appointment was moved. The engineer was on time & very polite & friendly. He even helped by fitting a new light bulb to a ceiling light which I had trouble with. Great service.

This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. We had an engineer, Joe, with us for a full day, installing a new central heating boiler and flue. Joe's standard of work is of the highest quality, and he paid extra attention to protecting carpets and internal fittings (the boiler is at the top of a 3-story house). Joe also complied with all of the Covid behaviours, and still found time converse. It was a first-rate customer experience... and a pleasure to provide the coffee!!!
