Yourpropertytesting Reviews

A professional Job done.
We needed EICR carried out on our property for the purpose of the sale as our buyers asked for it on a short notice. Upon request, Harvey responded in no time at all to fit us in for the work to be carried out.
Harvey was very clean working and courteous.
Highley recommended.

I needed work doing on a property of mine very quickly due to a sale. Harvey and his colleagues did everything and for a good price too. Certificates sent to myself and my solicitors so thank you Harvey for being amazing!

Excellent communication and prompt service.
Thanks.

I had been looking for a reliable electrician as I had been let down in the past. Your property testing were fast efficient and the right price.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

Harvey was thorough and efficient. He explained what I was obliged to update to comply with current legislation (I had to replace the bathroom light fitting with an IP20 standard fitting).

This is my first time to contact Mr Harvey Rajput to inspect and check the electricity safety of my house. He impressed me that he is a polite, well prepared and enthusiastic person. The inspection took about 45 minutes, service charge is reasonable and the report come to me on the same day. I will strongly recommend Harvey to my friends and contact in the future.

HARVEY(sunny) and his team have done a remarkable job in finding the faults and rectifying them to a safe standard also adding a new consumer unit to BS regulations all at reasonable cost will definitely use them again thank you👍

Brilliant. Harvey is professional and got the job done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Harvey was great. We needed a test doing last minute for sale purposes and he managed to fit us in the next day.

Brilliant company that deserves a great review! My call was answered straight away when I called to ask for a quote for EICR - and I was given a good price by Harvey who was able to visit and complete the EICR inspection and report the following day. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend ‘Your Property Testing’ and Harvey to anybody who needs a reliable, trustworthy and professional service as I did 👍

Punctual and polite service where everything was explained as part of service delivery. From online booking, to contact made for confirmation of needs and availability, I cannot fault this company's attention to detail.

Would highly recommend!!!

Great job. Fast and reliable. Also give well suggestions about how to improve property status.

I have used Harvey and his company Your Property Testing for several years and have found them outstanding
They have sorted out all the electrical and energy requirements for my RENTAL PROPERTIES, and on occasions where something has lapsed they have done the same day Service

I find the fees very reasonable and it is a proper professional service. Highly recommended.

Harvey responded to my call quickly, attended the property promptly and completed a full EICR inspection (despite the hopeless estate agents!) Very comprehensive report and have booked him to complete the required improvements. Thanks Harvey!
