I ordered a basketball as a birthday present (YSP4030) on the 17th May with 7-10 day delivery and it still hasn't arrived 20 days later. I fear I've been scammed. No response to emails or the website contact. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

I ordered a present for my daughters 1st birthday and the info was a 7-10 day delivery time. 3 weeks later no delivery has arrived and all my contact to the company has been ignored.

I fear I may have been scammed.

I placed and paid for an item that hasn't arrived. I have emailed them but have had no response. I have also checked that I am using the correct website and email address.

After waiting two weeks for my order that I had messaged YSP many times asking for an update on my order that should have arrived 7-10 days after placing it I have just received a message which just said order cancelled as nothing in stock! No apology along with the message. They should have had the decency to let me know when the order was first placed. I now do not have the one birthday gift my granddaughter had asked for I can’t find it on any other website.

Do not use! Zero customer help, zero items will arrive! It’s a scam!!!!!!!!!!! They will claim on this site it was a duplicate website and say sorry! I checked the domain and site and I used the correct one!!! It’s a scam! I lost £180 for a pair of shoes!!!! Do NOT buy from this fraudulent place!! There is no shop!!! The reviews even discussing exchange is an utter sham! THERE IS NO STORE!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam just like any phone call asking for £2.00 to deliver a parcel!!! Plz!!!! LISTEN! Very clever scam! No shoes worth £180 plus I’ve now spoken to 35 other users that found the same!!! SCAM!!! I only feel sorry for others like myself that didn’t check trusted reviews first! Scum of the earth and should be shot!!!! Look at the good reviews- who is called happy chappy! Who is called “Kev”! DO NOT BUY!!!! Plz god listen!!! Xxxxxx

Item was delivered and left in broad daylight,on front door for street to see , which was not sports performance’s fault , but they kindly helped me from start to finish to try recover stolen item , delivery company needs investigating

Brilliant! Will use again.

Had a difficult to obtain elbow brace at a great price and in the sale too, so was reduced further. Advised of 7-10 days gap before despatch and managed to better that, with free delivery too. Good comms, and responded to questions in a decent timescale. Will definitely use again.

1 star is even too much.
I received the wrong item on 27/Feb. I had ordered a green hat and received blue!
I tried their website to find a telephone number or a page to register claim and found none. I emailed them since 28/Feb and even now on 17/March have not received a return label to ship the item back. I sent many reminders, almost no customer service.

I have paid for the item since 20/Feb. and after 1 month neither have got the item nor refund.
Do not shop here, wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering at this website. you will only loose money and time.

Purchased pair of inline skates for daughters birthday, went off the sizing they state on the listing (30-33) as my daughter is in the middle so lots of growing room. Skates arrived and looked amazing however they looked small and when my daughter tried them on (at the largest setting) her feet were cramped. I got in touch to see if I could exchange for the next size up as she really likes the skates and was told a flat no because there was no wrong doing from their side. I accept this as a response however extremely disappointed as it’s clearly a sizing difference on THEIR side and not normal sizing with no reference on the listing page.

***MOVING REVIEW TO 5 STARS - AS THEY MENTIONED THEY HAD STAFF ISSUES AND RECTIFYING - They went out of their way to fix this and replace the item too service all round***

1 item was great, 1 was missing (not refunded) and one the sizing was out.

I emailed and asked if I could swap it for a size up. Initially they replied quickly to say there was no larger size. When I replied asking to swap the item to something else and returned process. COMPLETELY IGNORED.

The items came without any documentation or paperwork to return them so I can only assume they do not accept returns or are trying to wait down the clock until it is too late (I think the items are coming from Europe too but not sure).

It's a scam website. Waited a month for the item to arrive. They said delivered to my home but it wasn't. Said logistics guy sent to wrong address. After that communications stopped.

Address in in Europe but I believe the company is in China.

bought a pair of pants in october of 2024, the order page still just says "confirmed" and they've never shipped it to me or responded to my emails.

how the website is still up i do not know.

Again I put a 1 star review about this website that clearly has some kind of scam going on. If you review this company low as they definitely need to be. They will copy and paste a reply suggesting the consumer has ordered from a wrong domain. Do not trust this site.

I order an item for £55 back in June and it’s still not arrived. I have sent several emails and tried to call but it’s only through email you can contact them. They have never replied and since seen this happens all the time. Look like it’s a scam and I am now out of pocket!!

I would never use this site or recommend it to anyone!! Utter disgrace!!

Received on time no complaints not sure why the negative reviews they were helpful for me
