I ordered a present for my daughters 1st birthday and the info was a 7-10 day delivery time. 3 weeks later no delivery has arrived and all my contact to the company has been ignored.
Had a difficult to obtain elbow brace at a great price and in the sale too, so was reduced further. Advised of 7-10 days gap before despatch and managed to better that, with free delivery too. Good co... Toon meer

If there was a zero star experience, that’s what I would have rated this company. I have requested an exchange for the same product but a different size - only to be told - I have to pay for the product to be returned to Poland(!), then if it’s still undamaged I’ll get a refund. This company is complete shambles! I won’t even go into details of how long it took from ordering to actually receiving my order because they don’t have any stock in UK, but they keep that quiet when you’re placing your order. Take your money elsewhere and order from a company where you might actually pay a few quid more, but you’ll get your order within a couple of days and if anything doesn’t fit etc, you won’t have any hassle returning what you do not need. If this is how they treat their customers, I’m very surprised they are still trading in the UK. Hopefully a lot more people will leave an honest review of this company. Oh and very conveniently they don’t list a telephone number on their website, only an automated email enquiry.

Despatch time took too long. Delivery took too long for a paid service. Customer service is non existent. Returns policy is too short and I still don't know if it covers size exchanges.

Poor comms & slow delivery
Ordering was easier enough on the 14/1, 7-10 days delivery was quoted. When it got to 23/1 (day 12) and I had heard nothing I emailed them. They never replied. Luckily on the 24/1 I had a notification that it was going to be delivered, and I could track via Shop - this didn't work. I then received an email from them on 27/1 at 8am, to say it was going to be delivered and less than 15 minutes later it arrived. So, my daughter is very happy with her scooter. However, when I say poor comms from this organisation I actually mean no comms, they just ignored me. Also coupled with delivery dates estimates being completley wrong (simple email to me in advance would have smoothed this over, or even replying to my query) I could not recommend this company and will not be using again.

Still waiting after two weeks for my…
Still waiting after two weeks for my jumper. Really bad communication on their part as I've had to do all the chasing up. I suspect because it's a small business they're trying to source stock from somewhere else. Could be wrong but it's been an unfortunate experience.
Mislead into Purchase.
I purposely messaged them to check my item was in stock and was assured it was and ready for immediate dispatch. I therefore purchased the item from them based on that information.
Guess what?
Over a week later and a number of “fobbing off” emails I am still waiting for this item to be actually dispatched.
Obviously yet another “Seller” who advertises products, takes your money then “sources the product from “suppliers.”
Get your fingers out sort this out, I’m desperately waiting for this item.
