Great customer service and piece of mind for my family

I haven't had cause to use the emergency facility yet but having my Stride watch gives me confidence when I am out walking my dog. If anything untoward happens I can just press the button to get in touch with someone to help.

This product is fantastic and gives me full peace of mind where ever I am. I previously had a lifeline through my home telephone line which could only be used around the home, with this product it can be used anywhere due to the GPS tracker,making it so much better for my safety and value for money. 100% recommend it to everyone.

I needed a device for my elderly mother to wear that would give us peace of mind in case of an emergency where help could be called 24/7. YourStride fitted the bill perfectly with the level of service we required.Easy to order, quick delivery with excellent communication regarding the product, we have the assurance that my mother is being constantly monitored, we even have email reminders to recharge the very good looking device, looks like a smart modern watch! Would highly recommend. Great stuff!

My mum wears a YourStride watch, and it’s given both of us real peace of mind. The best feature by far is that it works anywhere in the UK, with no base station or range limits. That’s especially reassuring for anyone living with dementia — if someone finds them and presses the button, the call goes straight to the YourStride response team, who can then contact family or emergency services as needed. You can even talk directly through the watch, Star Trek style, which still amazes my mum!
Another great thing is that the watch arrives ready to use straight out of the box — no setup or pairing needed. The automatic fall detector is a big plus too; it will call for help if a fall is detected, with 20 seconds to cancel if it’s a false alarm. My mum’s sensitivity is set to low, though she sometimes gets false alerts when wearing a heavy coat (it seems to think the sleeve bump is a fall).
The watch is a little large on her wrist, but she’s happy with it, and she really likes the built-in blood pressure monitor, which is handy as she has high blood pressure.
The only real downside is that you can’t call the watch directly if someone isn’t answering their phone or isn’t at home — that’s one feature we’d love to see added.
Overall, the YourStride watch has given my mum confidence and independence, and it’s given the family real reassurance that help is always within reach.

There was no pestering after my initial enquiry, during which any questions I had were answered. The watch is very straight forward to use and test calls have been answered very promptly.

I was impressed with the replies I had when I initially made enquiries about the watch. I've had one before but I was let down by their lack of communication, during the period of ownership. Which is definitely not the case with YourStride. Email or phone contact is almost immediate & they answer all my queries.

Registering was a simple process and my watched arrived the next day, and was logged onto the system. On a couple of occasions I knocked the button on the watch and immediately received a call asking if I was OK. This has given me the security to know, that where-ever I am, you are there to help if I have an emergency.

Excellent service. If you’re at all unsure whether to get one, don’t think twice. They are worth every penny and great peace of mind for the family.

Didn`t think I would need it as quick as I did fell over in the garden and help was very quickly arranged. Brilliant.

Love the fact you get to hear a voice but very frustrating battery needs charging so often

Fall alarm set on low but is very sensitive which is best way to err. Nice clear info on watch. Charge to full is quite quick and you can see when recharge is needed . Would be helpful if the price rise had been notified before it came into effect.

Gives my family peace of mind that I'm OK and gives me more confidence to be independent again.

It has given both me and my parents peace of mind. Because I live alone, and I have had a series of falls.
