I bought this watch for one reason. 'Peace of Mind'. YourStride were very helpful when making my purchase. Making sure I was happy and understood how it worked. The watch is very light so I hardly know I am wearing it. I did a few test calls when I got it and all works well. The fall function is very helpful, just in case I were to have a fall. I am very pleased with the watch and the subscription to the call center is what gives me the 'Peace of Mind' I was looking for. As you get older that becomes a very precious thing. Thank you YourStride.

Excellent product and very good customer service. Chose the watch to give me peace of mind when out side as well. Only criticism is I wish battery lasted longer.

My experience has been very good I feel more secure when out without my phone knowing that help is available if required. As well as at home. My one change would possibly be to chsnge the strap for ladies as I hsve done , I found the black rubbery strsp cumbersome and far too long

Very helpful staff on the phone pre order explaining the product. Watch is comfortable and easy to use giving my mother peace of mind when she is out and about knowing help is there at the touch of a button.

Excellent customer support. Had an issue with the GPS location service, I phoned customer service and they remotely rectified the issue within the hour and followed up with a return phone call.

My mum had a fall at home within a couple of weeks of our purchase.

Madeline from the care team at Your Stride was brilliant dealing with the situation; calling an ambulance and then reaching out to me and then my second contact, as it was late at night and I didn't see the call at first (have since made sure that number will alert me in an emergency regardless of my phone settings).

We received another call from Madeline around an hour later to check on mums progress. The emergency services still hadn't arrived, but as we had already got mum off the floor and she was feeling relatively OK, we agreed that Madeline could ask the emergency services to stand down.

My mum was really impressed as she hadn't fully taken on board why I'd got her the Your Stride watch to start with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Stride.

i Accidently leant on my stride while setting up recharge. the response was very fast and sounded friendly and helpful. reassuring.

Easy to talk to and really helpful and watch is great piece of mind.

From ordering to present time, I have felt supported by Your Stride team, it is reassuring to know that should I need help, it is there with just a press on the button,It also gives family peace of mind, and is affordable.

The watch arrived very quickly after ordering, the instructions were simple and easy to follow (eg changing the time back an hour.) The people I have spoken to in the firm have been very helpful and friendly.
Having a step counter incorporated has made me walk more too.

I spoke to nice polite staff who explained easily over the phone to me how the watch works.
Watch came very quickly, was already set up with charge on it. All I had to do was a test call by pressing the button on the watch. And was confirmed by staff that was all set to use. Really happy.
