Having tried a different company first, I was recommended to Stride. I was impressed with the easy set up and fall facility which I have already used. I feel confident by the quick response from their care team and also feel it is good value for money paying an annual charge.

Really helpful, friendly and professional company who went out of their way to explain the functions and costs involved with their superb safety watch,
Ideal for older of less abled people.

I wouldn't say "great"
The First person I spoke to was absolutely fine but she said she would pass me to (I don't remember how she described this person) but they never answered.
I got back to the first lady and by that time I had recovered enough to no longer require assistance and my daughter was with me. The date you give is not the one I have described, it was Monday 1 December.

My test calls answered promptly… very good.

We are very happy with the Your Stride watch. My husband feels more confident wearing it. It's also a great advantage the watch comes ready to use on arrival. The team are very responsive and efficient. I highly recommend the watch and the after service.

Have'nt had to use it seriously.as yet, checked a few times, all good.

Excellent to be able to talk to real interested people, willing to solve any problems, instead of trying to communicate via a Chatbot.

Have only had the watch for a short time but it seems to do what it says on the tin.

Unless you have a brilliant 4g 5g signal don't waste your money. My wife has had 2 falls neither of which were detected.

I contacted Customer service. The lady I spoke with was so polite and caring and dealt with my querie straight away. I would recommend Your Stride 100%

i am really pleased with my Your stride. It has met all my expectations and I am continually telling people about how safe it makes me feel.

Have only today received the watch but contact with the team has been most encouraging. They really seem to care and to have time for me. The only thing is the strap and I see that another lady has changed hers. It being black and rubber loose flakes from my 92 year old dry skin stick to it and look unsightly. Otherwise I unpacked it and followed the instructions and off we go. I like the step count.

The watch lives up to expectations but it is very sensitive. On the occasions when fall detected has occurred by an usual arm movement, the response has been very quick.

The watch is all set up when it arrives and is so easy to use. Any age group can use it easily!
The staff are always available and are helpful and kind.
My friend recommended it to me and we both got £20 back!

I bought this watch for one reason. 'Peace of Mind'. YourStride were very helpful when making my purchase. Making sure I was happy and understood how it worked. The watch is very light so I hardly know I am wearing it. I did a few test calls when I got it and all works well. The fall function is very helpful, just in case I were to have a fall. I am very pleased with the watch and the subscription to the call center is what gives me the 'Peace of Mind' I was looking for. As you get older that becomes a very precious thing.
