Driver was 20 mins late while lying to the dispatcher that he was already there - then the dispatcher gave us the wrong van # - didn't matter since neither driver was there.
(First sorry if there was any confusion with the name as somehow the trustpilot must have a cookie on my system with someone elses name.
My apologizes - I thought this was a request for a review for my pickup from Tides to the airport. It was this ride where the driver was 20 mins late and claiming he was sitting there for 20 mins when he clearly was not. We had resort personal monitoring and searching for the van when he finally pulled into the gate 20 mins late while claiming to you he was sitting there for 20 mins.

Due to an unexpected issue with the executive minivan originally assigned to your transfer, we had to temporarily remove it from operation. In order to ensure your service was not affected, we upgraded your booking to a 12-seat private van — a larger, higher-category vehicle that comes at a higher operational cost, but was provided to you at no additional charge.
We understand that the vehicle size may not have matched your initial expectation, but it was still used exclusively for your party of four as a private transfer. Additionally, as stated in the “More Info” section of every vehicle listing on our website, “this vehicle may be substituted with a larger model or a taxi service of similar or superior category.”
We truly value your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again, ensuring an even more tailored experience next time.

Very professional and friendly staff. I booked a taxi from our hotel to Punta Cana airport but then I had to cancel it due to our flight cancellation. They accepted the cancellation and quickly refunded my money. It was very easy to communicate with them.

Right from the start it was a perfect experience! Very easy to pay and pick up at the airport was right on . Driver didn’t speak English but he could communicate with his phone !
We would diffently use them again and suggest them to anyone needing pick up at the airport and drop of at your resort..
