Es la cuarta vez que intento comunicar con ustedes, por email en 4 ocasiones ,3 veces por chat y he llamado a todos los teléfonos que salen en su web y nadie responde. Me estoy preguntando si es una empresa fantasma que no existe y he caído en sus redes. Si no es así demuéstrenme de su real existencia y un tlf. de contacto verídico para llamarlos o mejor me llaman ustedes ya que yo soy el clinete,sería lo correcto después de todo el tiempo que estoy perdiendo y sin saber si tengo o no transfer preparado y seguro como indico en el pdf voucher que adjunto.
He querido hacer la prueba para trabajar con ustedes, me registre como agencia de Viajes y me hice una reserva(voucher adjunto)para mí y mi familia que llegamos el 26/12, pero en vista que ustedes no son visibles algo tendré que hacer pues yo bien les he pagado 202,61USD.

However, we were very proactive and Ruth, who is part of our team, was immediately working on any discrepancies and responded in a timely manner. We are investigating this reservation, because we have observed some modifications and differences between the booking received and the voucher that you presented. We found a difference in the customer's name and also in the number of travelers. We were waiting for Jessica, not Vicky. And the booking was only for 4 travelers and not 13. We will contact the agency that made the reservation to investigate what happened so that this situation does not repeat itself. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to assist you again in the future.
