Youshiko produce easy to use quality products, they are extremely helpful should you encounter a set up issue and very quick to reply to any qustions, obviously a vary caring company.

I bought a weather station and was having difficulty in setting it up and connected to internet...due mostly to my incompetence.
I contacted their Customer Services Department who responded promptly with a phone call and talked me through the process step by step.

I received my Youshiko weather station today and so far I’m impressed with it, a minor problem when setting it up was very swiftly dealt with by a text to Yashiko when they sent me instructions which cured the problem. Great service. 👍

The weather station is great, and still working great after more than 1 year.
At first I thought it was too cheap to be good, but I was proven wrong. The build quality is very good, the temperature indications seem very accurate, and the projector has been on continuously for one year with no signs of degradation.
Recently, the batteries in the external temperature sensor ran out, so I replaced them. The internal unit would not show any external temperature reading after that, so I reset the external unit, to no avail. I emailed the company, and a very quick reply told me I also had to reset the internal unit for them to be paired again. I did that and it worked again straight away.
The product is great and the company support equally brilliant. I will definitely buy from them again.

Well made and accurate weather station. Simplicity itself to set up and what is particularly impressive is the display. It shows an incredible amount of information yet is remarkably easy to read. My partially sighted partner can even read from it.
Excellent.

I was requesting a replacement user guide for my Projection Clock & Weather Station and by return was sent a weblink which allowed me to download exactly what I was after.

I have had a few issues with my weather station but the customer service response has been fast and helpful.

Customer Service is excellent. Spoke to them Thursday afternoon about an issue I was experiencing
Received new clock on Saturday.

Upgraded my well used and robust equipment but had a slight issue with new one. This was dealt with by the supplier very professionally and quickly. I recommend this company highly.

Outdoor sensor would not communicate with weather station a quick email and telephone call, sensor replaced in 2 days no arguments. Now working as should.

I recently bought a YC9387(W) weather station direct from Yoshiko to replace an old Maplin basic weather station. Communication with Yoshiko was flawless and the delivery was super fast.
The Station was easy to set up including the extra Thermohygrometer I bought for my workshop. The included instructions are comprehensive but easy to follow. The facility to download the manual before purchase is excellent. By pre-reading the manual you can be sure you are buying a weather station that suits your requirements.
Getting the weather station connected to my router and online with Weather Underground was no problem. (I'm assuming WeatherCloud would be just as easy but I chose not to use it).
I especially liked the option of wall mounting or desk standing for the backlit, colour display. (not all weather stations give this option). Plus the ability to adjust the viewing angle of the LCD.
The sensor mounting kit provided seems robust and is easily assembled for either direct mounting or mounting on a pole (mine is pole mounted and is very secure).
Having just installed the weather station I can't comment on it's long term performance but, I am pleased to say that communication with Yoshiko is good and I am sure their support will be just as good if needed.

Outside sensor failed (reading ridiculously high). Was replaced very promptly with no hassle, and the unit is now working as advertised

This company provides a good quality Personal Weather Station. A very good display. The manual is very clear.
What I like most is the customer support. They give a very prompt response.
I have had some issues, not with Youshiko
but with connecting to the programs such as Wunder Ground. They have provided good direction that really worked.
A good product at a good price, and excellent customer service.

Answered all my emails by return, explained everything in full and made it clear what todo,couldn’t have been more helpful, I’m very impressed with this company .
I would recommend them .

I bought a weather station via Amazon and had apvroblem with the temperature gauge giving same reading all the time. Emailed them and receeived a prompt reply which fixed problem

Great service! I had a problem with my weather station on a Saturday afternoon. I emailed their support group, not expecting a reply until Monday. But low and behold I had a reply and a solution that same afternoon. Problem fixed. Many thanks.
