Excellent response from customer services
Just purchased myself two extra sensors for my weather station, when i first got them they would not sync to the base station so I emailed their support team. I ended up figuring it out that I also needed to reboot the base station so everything is working. I got a timly reply back from customer support offering to call to help to which I've replied that I managed to figure it out.
Very quick service from the team so can recommend to others if you purchase their products.
YC9466 pro weather…
I purchased a YC9466 pro weather station purchased in June 24 and the outside temperature and humidity sensor has failed , customer service was helpful in giving advice how to check and reset , but clearly there was a fault and no offer of a replacement or discount of a replacement sensor just a link to buy another one , feel very let down and wouldn’t buy or recommend purchasing a youshinko product

I electronics engineer and I love my high tech gadgets, therefore I have a good idea of what can be achieved. Their products are great and deliver brilliant customer service & responsive also. I have 3 of their clocks & weather station !!
I purchased a Youshiko Radio Controlled clock via Amazon about 2 years ago. The Radio receiver stopped working and I reached out to Youshiko directly who stated that the warranty was 1 year.
They directed me to remove & replace the batteries and that should be it. The simple fix worked.
This shows that their products are well made and last. Also their customer service is brilliant, Thanks again.

Bought a weather station back in April. Reported a problem by email (sender unit malfunction) instant communication, item returned for analysis, replacement unit received virtually by return. Sadly a rare quality in the current world !!!!

Had a problem with a 7:1 weather station…
Had purchased a 7:1 weather station back in Nov 24 and it recently developed a fault in that the external sensors weren’t picking up temp etc . Emailed customer services and had a very quick response given advice on how to reset it etc . Unfortunately this didn’t work so following further emails was asked to send the sensor back. I received a new replacement within the week and all working fine . Great service.

I emailed Youshiko with a question and a representative called me within five minutes. He then took me step by step through the process to solve the problem. Followed up by sending me a link to the manual.
A great company, a fantastic product, good value for money
i’ve just purchased this item from Amazon, Youshiko YC9441 (Official 2025 UK Version).
I have to say it is an absolutely excellent product, the display is superb, I’m quite old and my eyesight isn’t my best feature, but I can read the display from across the room. It’s quite easy to set up and very good value for money, they are nice people to deal with too, I wanted the instructions downloaded so I could increase the size of the print, I contacted them directly and they were very helpful

Excellent customer support when I changed my router and could not get my weather station to reconnect to WiFi. Very fast responses to my questions even at 9pm on a Friday evening! Issue resolved with clear instructions and suggestions.

Made an enquiry to the customer services through the website. Within ten minutes I received a telephone call in answer to my questions, followed closely by by an email with detailed instructions for a hard reset.

Was initially disappointed after a week when it developed an issue with the outdoor temperature sensor, but support from Youshiko Customer Services was very efficient and explained how to rectify the issue.

Connecting to Wi-Fi Broadband Router
I was having problems connecting my weather station to my broadband router, Youshiko answered my query very promptly and I was able to resolve the problem.
Not fit for purpose - do not buy
I purchased a Youshiko YC9510 weather station in Feb 2024 via Amazon. The product worked well for a slightly over a year and then it ceased working. For clarity the product has an indoor display and works with an outdoor set of sensors for rain, temperature, wind mounted in an assembly. The problem I had was that communication ceased between the outdoor sensors and the indoor display. I was encouraged by the company to change the batteries in both units which I did. This had no effect. Contacted Youshiko and they could not suggest anything further. Youshiko refused to exchange the product because I had had it for 13 months - one month outside their one year warranty. They were not interested when I referenced the 2015 Consumer Rights Act which states that a product must be “fit for purpose” and must last “a reasonable length of time”. I contend that just over a year is not a reasonable length of time. I paid £149.99 for the product and I note that it is now being offered for £124.99. I did contact Amazon but they were unable to help because it was an Amazon Marketplace order. For me this product was a waste of money.

We punched a wireless weather station to replace one that failed after 20 years.
The replacement from Youshiko is excellent and fulfills all the information we wanted.
I had a small query when setting up the unit and sent an email (on a Saturday) getting a reply within a couple 0f hours which directed me to the solution.
Excellent service and I would recommend their products.

I recently contacted Youshiko Limited with a problem with my weatherstation, they answered my question immediately and solved my problem. Excellent service, can’t fault them, and I love my weatherstation.

I contacted youshiko customer services, as my 5 year old YC9387 weather stations wifi connection had become unstable. Thinking that the answer would be it's time for a new one. But to my surprise, they sent reset instructions, and hey presto, alls well. Great customer service. And great product. How many tech products last more than a few years. 5 star service.

Big thank you to the customer service staff for a very swift reply to my message for help to me to connect my weather station with the internet. I am no longer young and their staff helped me to reset the console and connection to the internet. I was replacing a station that was badly damaged in a storm and I am now very happy to be back measuring our weather
