I purchased two projector clocks, they actually stop projecting for 7 minutes per hour in the night, unless your bedside table is a window to improve signal strength. So for most people, these clocks will not work for 12% of the time and this is by design! The whole idea of this projection clock is to see the time when you are in bed in the dark, so they are useless. Add onto that, if you buy a product, the customer service never replies. I am currently unable to return my defective clocks.
More electrical junk for the tip.
Update: they say they do reply, maybe it went to junk mail?

Bought my YC9387 weather station about 3 years ago and it has worked very well until this week. I changed the battery on the 5 in 1 weather sensor and the temperature/humidity reading is not recording. the small sensor, which is accessible, has obviously failed. They will not send a new part, you have to buy a whole new unit £80 . Not happy, I thought new legislation was being bought in to save waste and get things fixed?I have been in touch with your service dept as I wanted just to repair the bad sensor. and here is their reply. It is obvious from my emails with you that you do not want to repair it, so plkease dont make me out as a liar. I have been in constant contact by email, and have left my mobile number so somebody can call, but all i have had is an email telling me to order a whole new unit!!

Couldn't get additional sensor to connect to YC9331 weather station so emailed company requesting help. They responded via phone within 5 minutes and talked me through process. Outstanding customer service!

Excellent weather station with prompt support when I needed it.

We purchased a new Youshiko Model YC9075 to replace one we had had for several years. The replacement was not recording the Indoor temperature accurately. After reporting the problem to Youshiko and providing the necessary evidence, they replaced the faulty unit immediately free of charge. We congratulate them on their prompt and professional service,

Had a problem connecting to the on line servers. Received a reply and a phone call within 10 mins of sending email to customer services.

I purchased the YC9333 model in April 2022 which has a display showing the time via the wireless radio beacon in Cumbria. I also shows the barometric pressure and an indication of forthcoming weather which I have found 90% accurate. This model has 3 wireless sensors showing temperature and humidity.
I specifically bought it to place one sensor in each of my fridge and freezer and one under cover facing north east outside. It has an internal temperature/humidity sensor for the room. The LCD display has a button for a light which goes off automatically. There is a memory button which shows max and min over a 24 hour period, resetting at midnight each day. Everything is powered by AA batteries and they lasted for over a year. I can see at a glance my fridge and freezer temperatures for reassurance on an old fridge freezer. I bought mine from Amazon and I am really pleased with the quality and accuracy.

The weather station is an excellent product backed by first class customer service.
A small issue was resolved quickly and helpfully.

Very efficient..ordered YC9387 weather station mid-morning on Thursday. Arrived mid-morning Saturday.
Had some trouble setting up to the internet so emailled them and got a phone call within minutes. Very kind man helped me through the set-up process and now connected up and all working fine

We had trouble setting up our newly purchased YC9387(T) so sent an email late on a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes we had a phone call telling us exactly how to set it up. The gentleman on the other end (I'm sorry I didn't ask his name) couldn't have been more helpful. He was so patient and polite -giving us all the time in the world, and I can't praise him and this company highly enough.

I have the Youshiko YC9391 weather station. I installed this on my roof in January 2023. An excellent product and built to last. I had a question about the outdoor sensor. There were no issues, it was just me wanting to know a detail. The response time was awesome (just hours AND at the weekend) and the detailed answer was just amazing. Youshiko proves beyond any doubt that customer care, post purchase, can be achieved to a very high standard. Thank you.

Very happy with my weather station bought some 18 months ago. Had occasion to contact customer service with an issue, received a very quick (evening!) response which resolved the issue.

I have a Yoshiko weather station that decided to change the time by 11 hours. I emailed the company and within an hour, I received a reply which told me exactly how to reset my station. I followed the advice and the time is now correct. What great service! And this isn’t the first time I’ve asked for help and they were great last time too - it’s a great weather station - (YC9441)
