Awful process of buying art supplies
Awful process of buying art supplies. 10 days just to process the order and then find out that 2 of the main items in the order are out of stock. Customer care have not got a clue either so I will avoid using this supplier in future. Shocking!!!!

Have been using YPO for 16 years for art materials for our students. They have a huge range of items, their service is great, and their prices are usually far lower than others. Considering the amount of stuff I have bought from them over the years, there have been few issues, and these have always been dealt with, though sometimes that can take some time, but overall I highly recommend them!

Scammer company
Ordered a week before the lockdown.. Got an email they suspend the order and would send it in later date. During the 4 months I made many phone call many email but no response.. Finally got a response and they say the order looks cancelled and I should have received a refund but I did not receive it. Totally fail. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam, 2 items missing from order. No one responds to emails, rude on the phone if you can even get through. Still haven't got my refund 3 weeks later. Reporting to our bank.
