Very poor customer service, no one responds when I emailed them and messages them on WhatsApp.I received my package when I opened firstly the sute colour was different from picture also the sute is absolutely different and the fabric is so plain if you see the picture nice stones hanging from scarf sleeves and the sute but the one I have it’s soo plain even not worth £10 One more thing I have to mention the scarf is ripped i can’t submit the picture

very bad, it says delivery 4-12 april but it took more than because they haven't sent the item after a week and they have sent the item with DHL the cheap one as slow mail and we won't have the item Eid time.
Today my order still i Germany.

As a new business owner, I purchased the comments package to increase engagement. The service listed explains that comments are derived from users with high profile accounts.
My experience: The comments were identical on each post and between posts from different, obviously fake, accounts. This didn't help my business add credibility.
I asked for a refund, but because my request was beyond the 14-day policy they were unable to do so. Fair enough. They then offered to switch my comments package to a growth package, which was great. I accepted. I was even given tips on how to improve my page.
Growth package experience: The growth package includes MY account commenting and liking on OTHER accounts within my niche in the hopes of driving more engagement to my page, organically. Apart from thousands of likes on only one of my posts, the company really has done nothing in the way of increasing engagement (no activity- no likes or comments on other accounts). The likes on my latest post are disproportionately greater than my other posts which does not help business.
When confronted about this issue the representative only told me they were liking and commenting on other posts. I am able to view my activity through Instagram and there was surely no such activity.
I have made 11 attempts to resolve the issues with this company through both e-mail, their website and facebook. While they do respond promptly, that is all that they do with the occasional tip on how to improve your social media presence.
I have since changed my password with no follow-up from the company which helps solidify my suspicion that they were not engaging with other accounts, to begin with.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.

Happy with their services, the owner knows a lot and has given me really good advice. I fully recommend them.
