I only wish I had used reviews before I placed an order with this company.
I had some degree of confidence as the had London in their name, said fast delivery and 30 day return policy, how naive was I !!
Arrived later than expected (missed party), quality is inferior to expected, sizing seems off and when I tried to return (another £20 to China) my parcel was eventually (months later) returned to me as ‘undelivered’ even though I used exactly the details from their e mail.
£140 wasted and dresses for the bin. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DON'T USE. I DIDN'T GET MY REFUND AND ALSO COST OF POSTING BACK TO CHINA. HAD BEEN IN COMMUNICATION WITH THEN SINCE JULY BUT NOW THE EMAIL ADDRESS ISN'T RECOGNISED AND WEBSITE GONE. ONLY GOOD THING IS NO ONE ELSE GETS CONNED IN TO BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Verona Amour - what a company - if you call it a company! advertising on instagram of lovely dresses - but when delivered- taking more than what they say it does they are CHEAP looking! disgusting- A string of emails to get a refund/ send back - Address is in China - advertised on website as free return - thats why we even ordered from that website! had a code for a refund - but have not used as quality of clothes so poor!! Went on their website now - Wedbsite does not exist now

This company are fraudulent scammers! They know exactly what they are doing and are conning hard working people out of money. They have no intention of giving refunds for their sub standard clothing from China. The information on their website regarding returns is false. They have no London return address and it is not free returns. They told me they had recently changed their returns policy yet there has been no update to their website since June. PLEASE do not spend your hard earned money on this rubbish. I cannot believe that large credit card companies are supporting them by allowing people to use their cards to purchase from fraudsters.
If you choose to return your item to China and pay for the postage - make sure you use a credit card and when you don’t receive your refund you can claim it all back from them!

Ordered 3 dresses for a wedding and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Very very poor quality sent them straight back after fighting for a returns note off them. They kept saying you can keep dressed at discount I didn't want to. 3 months later still waiting for my refund. Do not oder from this site

Chinese company trading under a Uk business based in London selling poor quality products.

I would advise not to purchase anything from this company, no refunds are offered .

Scam, scam scam - do not go near!

Very poor customer service. Items are resold from Temu website and others, double the price or more. Return is not an option. Every time I emailed about returning the items, I was offered other "perks" such as ordering other items but never accepted and given details for return. Do not use the website.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is a SCAM - do NOT buy. They intentionally manipulate customers to thinking they are London based but they are based in China. The quality of their clothing is poor poor and nothing like the images they post!
They make you go through hell to get a refund with many back and forth emails convincing you to keep the item and offering pennies as a thank you

This company is a scam. They mislead people and then send very low quality items. I asked them for a refund and I was asked to return the goods. I paid a tracked postage and now they are lying that they have received it. First the lied about the tracking now they are waiting for confirmation. I am going to the consumer protection because this is wrong. Selling fake products and duping people out of their hard earned money.

Not sure where to start, I dont usually leave reviews but felt I should on the basis the return process has been painful.

So I ordered two dresses, they finally arrived, both not suitable so I contacted them for a refund. At first I was offered to keep them and have 50% store and a partial refund, which I declined. I was then offered pretty much the same but a higher store credit, which I again declined. I was also asked to take photos of the condition of the dresses - which I thought was odd.

I pushed back asking why they were making things so awkward for me to get my money back and eventually they confessed that the items are sent from China so its not an easy return. I was however prepared to do that after spending nearly £70 on two dresses. Eventually they gave me the address and I sent the dresses back recorded delivery. They arrived 3/4 days later. I then chased advising that I knew it had arrived but still hadnt had my refund and I got a barrage of apologies followed by it not being looked at just yet due to increase in orders. I left it a couple more days and chased again and was told much the same story, explaining that the refund policy on their website states 2-3 business days - that made no difference.

I left it a few more days before chasing again and was told my case had been prioritised and someone would be in touch in 24/48 hours.....I think you know what im going to say.....I heard nothing.

So, I chased again reminding them of their refund policy and their own deadline they had missed and eventually I received an email to say my refund had been accepted, I have now received my refund but as you can see from above it has taken weeks and weeks of chasing.

Unless your prepared to chase for refunds as I did, do not use this company. You will probably find better quality for cheaper and easier returns at Shein!

SCAM Site. Don’t be fooled by their apparently so attentive and polite email communications. This website is just a storefront for a Chinese company. They give a fake London address. Like other customers, even if you fight for a return, it never happens as it never gets further than Chinese customs.
They’re making money out of your losses and you are reliant on insurance policies (such as Royal mail tracked delivery or Visa, ) to get your money back . Meanwhile they lose nothing.
I feel totally violated by this company.

Zero stars!! This has been the perfect example of how not to do business and a great one for me to use in my business classroom. Do not order from here and do not return an item if you have received one, huge SCAM, parcel gets trapped in a Chinese mail centre, how convenient!! Months later, still chasing my refund. Despite professional sounding email communications, this business makes false promises - UK customers want integrity.

Ordered this dress thinking if I dont like it I can return as website says 30 days free returns.
Well it turns out that as soon as you ask to return, they start offering you store credit. I went back and forth with so many emails and in the end they said I could return. They sent me the return paper to fill out, and you have to sign it at the end.... read it all! Says you will return this item to china (not the London address stated on their website) and pay for postage yourself.
I was like no way, this is misleading and I'm not willing to do so... but they wouldn't take it, even tho its against the law to be misleading as such, but they don't care. They even told me their business is in the process of shutting down (surprise surprise!), hence they're consolidating warehouse in Asia... so they try give you store credit for a company that could be shut tomorrow for all you know!
Long story short I took it up with my bank and got a refund the next day.
It's such a crap dress I wouldn't even wear it for gardening!
Totally avoid! Lesson learnt, always check trustpilot on websites you're not sure of.

This company is a SCAM.Do not order from them.on the website they put a London address,but when you want to return the item,they tell you to send the package to China and cover the cost.l ordered a nice suit l saw on their website but l received something different.poor cheap quality material used and poor workmanship.its been a month since l sent back their item but l have not been refunded.very disappointed

Do Not bother using this site same quality as Temu and you wait just as long as least Temu your not paying a lot less for the same product. SCAM Company

Awful company! SCAM DON’T USE! Basically a nice website that’s a front for a Chinese scam! Everything is a lie. The address is a lie, the returns policy is a lie, the clothes are nothing like the ones on the website. Customer service will reply over and over again with more lies!

SCAM - they lie about their returns policy, they don't give you a free returns label. This is a dangerous company do not waste your money. They only returned 40% of my money and it took 2 months of constant messaging them. Awful people

Do not buy anything from this company, the items that i purchased were wrong, i was told that if i send tham back they will refund for the items and cost of the postage. After chasing a few times I have been told that the parcel is pending, it has been this way for over a month.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Such a scam! Clothes are NOTHING like in the photos online. Then it's virtually impossible to return the item. Their website lies and says free returns and that they're handled in London. I had to pay for return shipping to China (£20). The item is now stuck in customs waiting for payment from them and they've refused to pay. Have been emailing for over a month now. Finally got my money back through my bank but will be reporting them to the ombudsman and any other authority in an attempt to shut them down as I don't want anyone else going through what I've just been through. Avoid avoid avoid!
