Absolutely disgusting service after a 3 week wait for a pair of long leather boots that I ordered, a cheap and nasty pair of synthetic boots arrived. I emailed the company as soon as I realised they were falsely advertised where I was then further insulted by being asked to take photos of the boots and why they were unsatisfactory after they'd already been told. I know my rights , I want my money back!!! They specify a full refund policy. This is also fasley advertised

The dress was not what I expected, however the customer service team were very good and responded quickly and resolved my issues appropriately. Happy with the service .

Just received an email stating the business is winding down and all returns sent to Asia for review before a refund is issued, scammers ...update : after numerous emails, refusing to pay for postage and telling them ive contacted my bank for a chargeback and calling them scammers etc they have just sent another email saying that my refund has been sent and it can take up to 10 days to show in my account.
Shouldn't have to be persistent but maybe it's paid off. I will update when/ if it goes through.UPDATE I HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. PERSISTANCE PAYS OFF.

Like others I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the third 1* review I have left, as I've get a bit more info. Firstly the Verona -Amour London company address 71-75 Shelton Street , Covent Garden WC2H 9JQ, on Endole search, has 83,731 companies registered there, so there is no way they have ever accepted returns to that address , whatever they say.

Also it very much looks like their 5* reviews are fake. The small number of good reviewers all have similar user names and review the same companies eg. Florence and Mae London, Luxe and Luna London, and Alyaka leaving 5*stars.

But the majority of Florence and Mae reviews are1* and have exactly the same issues as Verona -Amour and one 1*review for Florence and Mae has exactly the same return address in China, even with Olivia as a contact!

It seems these companies are connected and trading off recently ceased companies that have previously been genuine. They really are total scum bags. I had a refund from my bank but this is what these scammers are relying on. So far reported to Gov.UK report Fraud, Facebook, Action Fraud, Trust Pilot for the fake reviews and Money Saving Expert so far. DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY

The shipment was in perfect condition, and the dress is really beautiful. The customer service is excellent and I highly recommend it. 😁

If I could give 0 stars I would. Website clearly states 30 day hassle free returns to a London address. The items are poor quality and so I have requested a refund. I’ve had 6 emails back and forth with them offering store credit etc. I’ve insisted on a refund and finally been sent a refund form which says I am responsible for return costs to China! Absolute joke of a company, I’ve put in a claim with my credit card provider. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not buy from this website!!!! I bought a dress from them and when it arrived it looked vaguely like the dress in the advert- very poor quality. The fabric was very cheap and the garment was not wearable. The company tried their best to avoid giving me a refund. Although it says on their website that they offer full refunds and pay the shipping fees, this is not the case. They asked me to pay the postage and that it would be added to my refund. I followed their policy and paid for tracking which cost £22. The return has been held in customs and the company will not refund the dress or postage costs. Absolute scammers!!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before I bought. Similar experience to others. I bought a dress, but when it arrived it was way too long. Fine if you’re 6ft and in heels. The quality is poor, not like the photos and comes with no labels. That’s relevant because they say they only accept returns with labels.
Despite their website claiming “hassle free, 30 day FREE returns, to a London address” this is false.
This is a Chinese based company. They offered a store credit and to keep the item, it’s unwearable and I had no trust that anything else I ordered would be any good.
Just a straightforward return, but they want me to pay for a shipping label to China. Still in dispute after numerous emails. DO NOT USE, this is a scam
16.07 update. Reported this yesterday to my bank and have now received a full refund.

0 stars. Avoid at all costs. Pretend they are uk but take 4 weeks to deliver then when it comes the quality is awful. Stitching, rips and just nothing like the pic. They refuse refunds and lie about there policy in black and white

ordered shoes they were not like the pictures they looked cheap and not leather too big and too wide they gave me credit back which was ok and to keep the shoes which are no good to me so i ordered some women’s blouses looked at the sizes got them yesterday and they are definitely not the right sizes i ordered and now they want give me my full money back so im stuck with 2 prof unwanted shoes and now 2 unwanted blouses never will i order again people stay clear of these

Bomber jacket
We requested a green medium bomber jacket and a blue medium one was delivered. Verona have been great in handling a replacement even though. They were very easy to communicate with.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Their return/refund policy is not worth the paper it's written on.... and the quality is worth even less!

Shame on me for being fooled

Bought an item which i needed to return due to it being too long. They kept ignoring the issue of a refund & kept trying to offer me an exchange or store credit. After I threatened a chargeback with the bank they then said I could have a full refund if I shipped the item to China and id have to pay for this myself. Ive told them they are committing fraud by false repsentation due to their website offering free returns to a UK office and put in a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IN THIS WEBSITE! THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DON’T WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. I NEVER PUT BAD REVIEWS TO SOMEBODY BUT THIS IS NECESARY!

They state free returns to a London address in actual fact they want you to send it back to China at your cost...very hassley process and they're not helpful at all!
The quality is really bad and clothing is not as per the image, very overpriced for what it is.

Pls everybody, never ever order clothes from this website, the clothes is nothing that you see online. They are very cheap fabric and not to an appropriate standard. It’s rubbish, I feel ashame to wear this clothes. They are not worthy and expensive. I will return this crap. Ordered two dresses to go to reception, they are disgusting. I bought a pair of Logan cargo shorts for my son. They arrived within a week. The shorts have additional zipped pockets and loops to usual cargo shorts. I was really impressed with the quality of the material - soft to the touch but sturdy enough. Unfortunately they were too small for my son and I contacted customer service who responded within a few hours to resolve the situation.

SCAM - do not order from them. As with a lot of other reviewers on here I have had a very similar experience. Ordered 3x linen shirts, received 3x cotton (labelled as cotton) shirts, buttons were cheap and the wrong way round (i.e. like a woman's shirt).

The returns process was ridiculous. After many, many emails where they tried to get out of processing the return they have finally given me the details for returning the goods. To China. That I have to pay for. This is despite their T&Cs showing a free return address of London.

I do not believe I will get my money back so will be contacting my card provider.

Avoid at all costs.

Sizes are completely off and photos are nothing like the products. From the other reviews I’m not even bothering with the stress of a refund!
