Bought a few suits for a wedding on 16th June 2025 received suits on 5th July 2025. Emailed to start a refund process but on three occasions I was offered store credit. I refused & pointed to there terms and conditions on the website. They eventually agreed & I was then informed that I need to send the suits to China. I was informed upon return of suits and I would get my money back and my expenses for sending to China. DO NOT AT ANY COST buy from this company. Everything is a LIE and they are very dectfiul. They are not based in London as stated. Had to contact my bank for a refund.

I'm having an absolutely awful experience. I waited 3 weeks to receive my order. When it finally arrived it has no label, the material is cheap plastic that smells horrible.
I went back and forth with the customer service via 15 emails so far and they are refusing sending me the return form to refund me. Is the worst experience ever.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is terrible and you don’t get what you see on the website. One dress arrived with a broken zip and the reply I got was… apart from that they look in good condition….! Trying to get a return is impossible. I’ve been asked 3 times if I want a store credit… save yourself the hassle and buy from an established brand

Run, do not buy. Items are low quality and there is no local return obtion . Item arrived from china not from uk , it took over two weeks and when wanted to return was asked to pay for postage to china and if is acceptable the return then I will get the refund also for postage . They don’t respect the return policy from the website.
On the webpage is stating that returns are free to Uk address .
But to return them to china is over 2 weeks + the days they negotiated the returns is over the 30 days so no returns accepted . Is a total scam . Avoid , Ripped off. Scandalous

Not a London based company. They’re based in China. The dress ordered arrived after 2 weeks of waiting. The quality and fit of the product was awful. When attempting to arrange a return I received the same generic email several times over a week offering a credit note. Eventually they gave me the returns form which I filled in and took to the post office to find out that the postage was going to cost a similar amount to the dress that was bought and the company do not pay for it.

Do not buy from here! Scam company. Read all reviews about the return policy. Chinese company. Fake address and owner name.

Be aware of this company - selling really poor quality products imported from China. I bought a 2 piece suit from them, late delivery, wrong colour, and literally screwed up into a bag no more than 40cms long so very badly creased and totally unwearable. So I asked them for a returns form. I was asked if I wanted to keep the suit and also get credit off others items. Said, no then was asked if I wanted to keep the suit and get 100% credit for another item. Again I said no, and they made me two further offers that I declined. Every email Iasked for a returns label (which according to the returns policy detailed on their website), then I was told I need to return the item at my cost to China before I get a refund. I am another half a dozen emails down the line, and still no sign of a refund. Not sure what to do now but I’m still trying.

Terrible company. First I received the wrong dress, the wrong colour and very poor quality material compared to the photos. When I requested an exchange, I bought a replacement dress using store credit, however after I paid, they told me it was no longer available to deliver. Now they are refusing to give me a full refund! I have had to buy a wedding guest dress from another shop.

Terrible company, complete scam from start to finish. DO NOT BUY! Fake images on website and then cheap, poor quality items sent that are nothing like the images. Returns policy is also a scam! Lots of email replies but they won't honour the free returns or give refunds. Chinese company masquerading as a London retailer. SCAM!

My wife bought a dress and some shoes from this dreadful company. Their service does not extend beyond an alluring website. Returns are to China at the buyers expense. The products were sub-standard, missing any identifying labels and no invoice was included. Avoid this mob like the plague, they're appalling.

I bought what was described as a men's 3 piece suit. This would not fit a man. It might fit a teenager at a push Awful company.AVOID

I placed an order for shorts with adjustable waists. I'm between sizes, so these looked ideal. However, the first order was too small. I contacted customer service and they were quick to get back to me, polite and helpful. They sent replacements - unfortunately, these were too large! On inspection, the waists are NOT adjustable, so the size range guide is incorrect. I contacted customer service again and again they were incredibly helpful, apologetic, polite and responsive.
While disappointing I didn't get the shorts I wanted, it was reassuring to deal with a customer service team which wanted to make things right - and I was able to give the shorts to someone who could use them.

They are not a London based company but a Chinese company. When the dress I ordered arrived the quality was appalling and see through, I immediately asked for a return label as stated on their website they cover return costs. 5 emails back and forth they ignored my repeated request for a return, they sent me different offers such as 100% store credit and 30% refund. I repeatedly declined as I just wanted my money back in full.
They then sent me a return form which gives instructions to return the item to china. This directly contradicts their written policy on their website.
This is such a scam, avoid at all costs.

Scammers! They are sending the cheap products from china and acting like on their website London based. They are offering free return but 2 days delaying with different reasons to return for free and offering something else.
I already reported to UK authorities and my credit card! they keep advertising on instagram!
Anyone who is reading this and was victim like myself just go and report these scammers to (cant share link so write this to google) ncsc gov uk phishing scams report website

Had a 2 piece mens short set delivered took 2 weeks to arrived
Disgusted with the set sizing completely wrong ,stiching awful ,threads hanging ,material cheep,paid £39.00 was not worth a penny very disappointing will not be using this site again

This company is a total fraud; avoid, avoid, avoid. Not a London company as stated but a tin pot operation from a back street in China, images are all taken from other websites, return policy is a shambles, you have been warned!
