Doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's very difficult to give any constructive advice as this company does nothing but advertise gorgeous clothing on models but what I ordered & received is nothing more than dish cloth material. Two of the dresses are completely unlike what is shown on website. One is totally different colour & shape of them are awful.
I did look at the at refund policy under the often asked questions bullet point they have on site. Which says you have 30 days to return items unused, still have tags and in original packaging. All of which I can tick off, asked for refund and sent pics of dresses which clearly show what they provided was nothing like what's advertised. I was also told that due to me taking so long to ask for refund I wasn't entitled.
I am still within my 30 days and have went back & forth for past 3 days and still told NO REFUND.

Absolutely disgusting company who only show pretty pictures then send you hideous pieces of clothing.

Not many people can afford to throw away over £80, if I wanted dish cloths I could have went to local pound shop.

DO NOT BUY! Awful company, lairs! No UK returned offered, I paid an extra £30 to send my parcel to China and still no refund. Awful customer service please do not buy! Very stressful they should be not allowed to trade in the UK

Claim to be Uk based but are not, dress arrived weeks after ordering, and was such a poor fit and badly made it was a joke! But they have refused to refund me at all, my professional seamstress friend told me to throw it in the bin it’s that poor! Do not buy from this company

I am utterly disgusted by the level of customer service I’ve received. Not only was my request for a refund flatly refused without any reasonable explanation, but the company has made it virtually impossible to speak to a human being. Their phone line doesn’t even connect—just dead air or endless loops that go nowhere. It’s as if they’ve deliberately designed their system to frustrate and ignore customers.

The lack of accountability is staggering. Emails go unanswered, and there’s no clear escalation path. It’s unacceptable for any business to treat paying customers with such disregard. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy trying to resolve a simple issue, and I’ve been met with nothing but indifference.

If you value your time and sanity, steer clear. This company clearly has no interest in supporting its customers once they’ve taken your money

They are not a genuine company. I wanted to return the terrible products that I received and it took 18 emails before I went to my bank and got them to get my money back. They claim to be a uk company with free returns but then want you to pay for a return to china. I would 100% avoid. Their tactic is that you’ll get frustrated with their robot reply’s and you’ll give up. Persevere via your bank,dispute the payment if you’ve ended up becoming a victim to their awful company.

DO NOT BUY!!! I would give 0 stars if possible! Cheap Chinese clothing company masquerading as British! They use images found on other sites. The dress I ordered is on House of CB but looks nothing like it when it arrived! Currently in a battle for a refund after many back and forth emails where they have offered replacements and discounts which I have refused. They have now provided me with a returns label and Chinese address when on the website the returns information is a London address!!

It was utterly poor shopping experience with Verona armour London. Please avoided shopping from this website. Everything about this website is a lie. They have registered the company in London but they send everything from china, their contact number is not working. Their sizes are completely wrong by a lot. I wear size medium and i ordered size large when it came it was x small. Asked for refund they were refusing to give refund and forced me to get a replacement when I received a replacement it was small again by now they said they can’t give refund or exchange because they sent me two items which not in use for me so basically they are CON ARTIST. Avoid avoid avoid avoid the hassle they are bullshit company. I had a very bad experience shopping from here. It was my first time and last time. Don’t buy anything from them.

Do not buy from this company. They lying, they are not based in UK, they send from China, try to stall for return. It is NO free return, there Is no refund.

1 star is extremely generous. My experience with this so called company is far too long to write here so I will keep it short. Whatever you do, do not give them any of your money. They are scammers. This company is not based in Europe, they ship from China and use pre-typed customer service responses. They do not keep to their policies which in turn is breaking consumer contracts. They do not care once they have your money. The products, if and when they arrive are nothing short of abysmal. Looks like they have been made in the dark, seams not matching, threads pulling the clothes apart, the list goes on. They do not accept any wrong doing and will purposely beat around the bush to not give your money back. The website may look nice and charming, but it is all false. They are using images taken from other sites on the web. All in all, this is a scamming business and I advise anyone reading this to think twice before purchasing. If I could give a minus star review, I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wish i could put NO STARS. Absolutely disgusting company that robs your money. Website states free returns with a pre paid postage, THIS IS NOT CORRECT. They fob you off - i made the mistake of shipping it back at a cost of £16 and its 'stuck' at customs. Lost the money for the dress and the shipping. In a time where money is tight this is so upsetting to have from a company portraying ease of returns and quality goods.

Do not order. Loks liek a nice trusty website and dress look nice. Arrived and smelt like smoke, awful quality. When I went to refund them was back and forth over and over with different offers. Eventually got authorised for a refund but was going to cost me over £15 to send them back. I refused to spend any more moeny so tool a 20% refund and to to keep the dresses (just easier option)
I am now 2 months in and still haven't recieved any refund.

Ordered a hoodie with SILK inside the hood and instead of silk came a cheap cotton attached to the hood and the material was horrific shiens got better quality that this

Told the suit ordered was out of stock 2 weeks after order placed. Asked to pick a different one which arrived way too late. Website says it takes returns and offers full refunds, customer service only offering credit. Will be going to trading standards and escalating wherever we can to get this company shut down

Thieves! another website which states they provide free returns with prepaid postage label for return to london store. But on purchase, they state that order will be dispatched from Hong Kong and on request for return, they state they have changed policy and need items returned to Hong Kong, at customers cost, and on inspection will refund money.
I have been stung before, item will be held at customs, the company won't accept it, and postage company will post it back to your home address.

Rubbishy scam company DO NOT BUY. Clothes take forever to be delivered and clearly come from some cheapy Chinese factory, quality is no better than shein. Now trying to return which despite them making it seem like returns are easy on their website, they're totally not at all. Been ongoing for ages and they're faffing around trying to make me accept a credit instead of return.

Absolutely dreadful experience clothes are cheap and nasty. You can get better quality clothes from Shein. They do not give refunds and if you want to return it the you have to post it back to China.
They offered me 30% refund and I got to keep the clothes cos they don't even want them back! (Still haven't received that and really don't expect to now) Also offered 100% credit so I ordered something else in the hope the first experience was a mistake but again received unwareable clothing that looks like high school kids have been practicing their sewing skills.
Website looks great but stay away clothes are nothing like the pictures.

Avoid at all costs! Like others, I ordered 2 dresses from this company thinking that they were a UK company as their website leads me to believe.

Ordered my usual size, followed the sizing guide on their website, one dress I can’t even get on! Like others, I’ve had numerous email exchanges with them offering credit notes, discounts etc. By about the 5th email they sent me a returns form and advised I needed to pay to return the goods and they would reimburse me when received (I don’t for one minute think they will!)

On the returns form it states postage is non refundable! They ask that they are returned via the original shipping method which is Amazon Shipping, so impossible to do this as only for business users!

Also by the time the item is received it will be over the 30 day return period! So they’ve got you that way too!

I have contacted my bank and waiting to hear from them but I have absolutely no confidence that I will get anywhere with the Company!

Interested to know if anyone out there actually paid to return their items and if they ever saw their money?!!

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this dreadful company. I ordered a dress that looked great online, but turned out to be the shoddiest thing I've ever seen, made out of some kind of hideous polyester. More fool me. Please don't buy from this bunch of crooks.
