This company is fraudulently posing as a UK seller. If goods are not suitable you are given a return form with a Chinese address and you have to pay for the return to China. This is not a UK business BEWARE! My shoes were just sent in a plastic bag and were damaged on arrival, poor quality and not sized correctly. They are refusing to refund me and say I must return them to China for a refund I will probably never get! The return cost will be more than the shoes! BE WARNED.

A terrible company from start to finish- ordered a dress - stated on website 2-4 days delivery- but took over a week!

The dress came- Very poor quality, no label on dress , not true to size , in a see through bag - when trying to return item you need to email them - they are not UK based as they reply to emails at 3/4 am in the morning- then they wanted us to take a photo of the dress , then still in process of returning dress today after days of email - they have suggested a credit note and keeping the dress - asked & asked several times to refund the payment and still not giving it to me!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 0 out of 10!!

If I could give 0 I would. Please do not use this website they are not transparent their website is completely misleading. Doesn't mention anywhere about items coming from China. Also the refund policy and returns address is a lie. You have to send it back to China. Has taken me about 12 emails requesting a refund, they keep offering online credit, partial refunds constantly ignoring the refund request. The dress is awful quality and fit is terrible. Wished I'd of checked out reviews prior.

Chinese company despite them advertising that there store is in London. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no sign of my order. Quite literally have just stolen my money

ABSOLUTE SCAM - AVOID
I ordered >£70 worth of goods from this company which arrived looking nothing like the pictures - cheap and poor quality.
Their website promises FREE RETURNS that can be shipped back to their warehouse in LONDON. I emailed to request a return and they continued to reply offering store credit in increasing amounts. Finally, about 4 emails in, they gave me a return address in Guangdong (Recipient: Olivia Tel: 13711577823 Postal code: 510000 Delivery address: 8th Floor, Building 2, Shangyeyuan, No. 130 Guangchen Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province) and said I would have to pay the delivery feeds upfront despite the website still stating free returns to London. I emailed multiple times and continued to receive copy & paste replies with false promises and information. Finally, I have given up and contacted my bank to report their scam having wasted far too much of my time on what is clearly a fraudulent and dishonest company.

I bought 2 dresses from this website, both of which are heaps too big. I have followed their refund policy and have received numerous back and forth emails offering 20% and 30% of my refund due to how much international fees will be (for me). Thankfully, I purchased these on my credit card and my bank are now issuing the full refund. Avoid at all costs - It's not worth your time or hassle.

Purchased shoes in a larger size but the strap was too short. After endless emails I am going to see how much they will cost to return. I am sure the cost will be prohibitive and I will not send them, therefore losing even more money. Has anyone actually received a refund?

Don’t use this company. Cheap items sent from china. Customer service keep fobbing you off.

The only reason i gave it one star was to be able to write this review. DO NOT buy anything from this company. It’s based in China and I think it’s a scam. I still havnt received my order and the tracking tells me it’s gone back to China. Don’t get caught!!!!

AVOID, This is a fake company that is clearly not based anywhere in Europe. My wife recieved a dress that looks nothing like the one presented in the website, is ill fitting and made from cheap material. Numerous attempts to initiate a return have resulted AI generated responses requesting endless explanations or photos. Do not be fooled by the slick website, THIS IS A SCAM.

The stuff all comes from China, the material is very poor quality and the sizes are tiny, don't waste your money.

It’s a pity I couldn’t give no stars! Dreadful company, not based in London despite having two UK addresses. I ordered a leather pair of boots but when they eventually arrived they were made of the most toxic smelling plastic. They had been shoved into a tiny bag which meant they were all screwed up. I have tried to return them following the website instructions…I am now on the 10th email, offering me all kinds of tat. I have sent photos, they are now threatening me with the cost of sending the boots back to China at my cost despite the web page saying returns are to London! When are these companies going to be stopped.

AVOID seems like a scam. Dress took about three weeks to come . It arrived was the cheapest looking thing I have ever seen . It was just not what it looked like online . Also the cheap packaging it came in was awful. I have been trying to return it and having to send photos via email constantly talk to some guy and they are not being forthcoming with giving me a refund now they want to send out another size etc. AVOID unless you want to wait three weeks for a terrible dress that you are stuck with
