I underwent neck, face and temporal lift at the end of February and currently on day 8 of recovery. The whole process was seamless, from transportation, procedure and support. I flew out as a single woman and despite the excellent management of my visit, would highly recommend a companion if you are considering medical tourism (world apart from dental). After general anaesthetic and commencement of recovery, it can be somewhat daunting and I’m quite a tough nut! Post surgery, I’ve followed all the guidance to the letter and healing really well, the transformation is starting to emerge and it’s incredible! My coordinator is still in constant contact as she has been throughout and answers and checks any query I have. Only slight criticism is when coming around from the anaesthetic after surgery I was on my own which panicked me, perhaps this could be addressed for future patients. Other than that, seems my extensive due diligence is paying off… thank you to the team for everything… xx

Mummy makeover

Had a fantastic experience at Yuzyil Hospital, highly recommended! Excellent care from my arrival to departure, I was actually sad to leave!

My surgeon, Dr Aziz, Parspanci was actually amazing and performed a successful, 7 hour surgery for my mummy makeover. My translator, I am not sure of his name, was absolutely hilarious and made me feel at ease every time we met. My patient co-ordinator Aybuke, was brilliant and helped with my decision, all transfers, surgery information, my appointments post-op, my companion travelled with me just for flight prices and was allowed to stay throughout my time in hospital. All tests, medication, pre and post-op arrangements were done to an excellent standard and the care in the hospital was brilliant.

Our hotel room was very big and perfect for our needs. There was a bit of a language barrier, which we overcame with Google translate. Everyone was very helpful, comical and kind. I even managed to venture out on our last day for food and shopping at Viaport Marina.

I arrived home yesterday, 17/02/2025. Both airports, Istanbul and Stanstead were brilliant and provided electric wheelchair support and baggage assistance for my companion and we even managed to be seated on the return flight before everyone else. Once we arrived in the UK, Stanstead staff supported us with everything to make p it way home.

I would advise anyone having this surgery to make sure they mobilise frequently on the plane journey home, wear compression stockings the whole time and a day or so after your return home. Please don’t eat as much as I have post surgery, as the fluid retention, inactivity and extra calories does rapidly increase, so lymphatic massages are a must around 2-3 weeks post surgery. Make sure you complete all of your medications in full and keep the compression garment and bra on at all times for 6 weeks post-op, only remove it for a shower. This will all help with your recovery!

I will definitely be recommending Yuzyil Hospital and the wonderful staff I had the pleasure to meet and have my surgery with, I will come here again if I ever decide to have any further surgery!

The best team and hospital.
I had a facelift and neck lift. My consultant Elif was very kind, helpful and professional the whole time with me. I had no problems at all, she thought of everything about my comfort. I can't thank the whole team enough. Dr. Erkan Keren Kaya was very professional, competent and friendly. He asked everything about what I wanted. My result was better than expected. I am 41 years old , however, I am better now than when I was 20. I have had many other aesthetic surgeries. I have many experiences with other hospitals and teams. However, I can truly say that Yuzyil Hospital was the best. The whole team at this hospital is amazing, I hold each and every one of them in my heart.

I had a great experience at Yuzyil hospital.
I arrived late and was met by my co-ordinator. I had tests done and shown to my room which was big and spotless.
The nurses were all lovely and even though there was a language barrier we all used translate when there was no translator available.
When I had the operation I felt safe and looked after. I was not left in pain and was monitored frequently.
Discharged to the hotel was nice and clean too.
From the start, enquiring about the procedure to even now at Home Elif has been in contact and able to answer any questions or concerns and ease my worries.
I went over alone but I would recommend taking someone with you just because it can be daunting after surgery but the care I received I cannot fault it at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at Yuzyil Hospital. Despite my HIV status being undetectable, I was denied treatment purely based on this, which felt discriminatory. It's unacceptable for a healthcare facility to treat patients this way. I felt judged rather than cared for, and I do not recommend this hospital to anyone

I cannot find fault with the treatment, results and after-care I have received from Yuzhil Hospital. All aspects of the treatment were clearly explained by Samira and with the surgery being carried out with the highest standard of skill and professionalism. 

I was in no pain at anytime of the process. Yes, I was uncomfortable for short periods in the first couple of days but never in pain. The recovery process was surprisingly swift and I was on my feet walking unaided the day after. 

My expectations have been far exceeded and the improvement achieved makes me feel marvelous and far happier with so much more confidence.

I have been to Yuzyil hospital now for two procedures. I can highly recommend this hospital, they were so kind and professional and the surgeon I had was absolutely amazing . I am so happy with my results and I tell anyone thinking of surgery to go here

Cannot fault this hospital in anyway . All staff including cleaners , drivers , coordinators, doctors , nurses were all professional. I went for face and neck lift and Blepharoplasty . In only 9 days bruises nearly gone , I haven't Felt any pain whatsoever and have no regrets and would do it all again . Thank you to everyone xx

Shamira is a great communicator she is friendly, warm and down to earth and not pushy. She is prompt in finding out information and good at getting back to you. She is the best. I would not have come to Yuzyil or Turkey if it was not for her, but she gave steady reasonable advice...shes a great asset to this hospital...100%

Wow, where do I start- might as well go from the beginning as I understand how huge it is to read a reliable honest review. My interest in this hospital started on Instagram. I saw their advertisement as I was constantly looking for rhinoplasty’s in Turkey, perhaps like many of you. I entered my details and got in touch via WhatsApp with Aybüke. Aybüke Was professional, polite, honest, friendly, trustworthy and immaculate communication. She told me everything I needed to do regarding my quote and then I got everything from her regarding next steps. Again, maybe like some of you I enquired and didn’t do much about it instantly. In that time Aybüke wasn’t pushy or forceful. She was so understanding. She popped up everytime I replied, which was 2 weeks after the quote and then even a month from then. No matter what, she answered all my questions with such great clarity. She was super reassuring. The surgeons work who was assigned my case was Op.Dr Hüseyin Süt. His work was phenomenal and I was stalking his Instagram page 5 times a day for new noses. Then I got offered a special seasonal offer advertised- honestly I was shocked with the fantastic price because the work and what was included was fantastic- so I took it. Aybüke told me everything I needed to do which was some personal information and to book my flights to secure my date.
Included in my package was the surgery, medications, hotel and hotel breakfast, all hospital meals, transfers too and from the airport and between hotel and hospital visits. So the only extra costs I had was my flights, money for lunch & dinners and just some extra post care essentials like nose tape, nostril retainers and a prescribed cream for bruises and nasal spray- this said it wasn’t even £10 for all of that- so good!
May I add, I also came to this hospital alone so was super scared. But that feeling didn’t last long.
The day before I went I heard from the transfers and they were so informative of where I had to be for them. From the minute I landed I was in touch with Aybüke and transfers. I went straight to the hospital and greeted with a translator whose English was fantastic, all of the translator's were. And they took me to the most lovely private hospital room. It was so so clean, spacious, light and airy, and it was all for me!! I done my required tests, made my payment and spoke to my doctor. The consultation with the doctor was brief, however I would say have all the reference pictures you desire and your description ready. If you are wanting it as much as I did, I’m sure you have a lot of pictures ready anyway. And I even made time for the hospital dinner before I was cut off pre surgery food. It was delicious!
My surgery was at 7am, I loved that. As I got wheeled down I could see how immaculate the surgery room was, again a nice feeling too! When I woke up I was cold, it’s normal and surrounded by the lovely people. Doctor was there showing me my table pictures and I was emotional!! It was lovely. Sent them to me straight away. Then I was able to eat and walk 4hrs post op with the care of some lovely nurses. They didn’t talk English, but understood through smiles. They was honestly such lovely ladies!! Helped me walk and even get me dressed post op.
Overall, I felt great!! No pain at all, mild aching sensation in my two front teeth- but with a lot of research I expected this. If i’m honest the swelling was intense! It showed almost immediately about 1hr post op it got more intense. It started from my eyes and my cheeks and dropped to my lower face. This all occurred from day 1 to day 5. From the minute I woke up, to when I went to bed my appearance changed. But not a single bit of pain. I would advise researching the bruising as I wasn’t scared because I expected it.
I got all my medications and post care advise slip and discharged to the hotel- which may I add- was stunning. I was placed in the Moncher hotel which was Stunning! Huge room and comfy bed. Super quiet and nice and peaceful to recover it. Breakfast was good and even Aybüke told me about food apps I could download which gets delivered to my hotel and even brought to my room. The staff were so friendly! Overall- wow. I didn’t leave the room much because of my face and being alone but some shops and supermarkets around.
On cast removal my doctor was away so the other rhinoplasty surgeon removed my cast. I was okay with this as they all know their job role! As expected, I was swollen but super happy and could see myself once recovered fully that I would love it more. I should have gone through post care more but I was too excited! But Aybüke was available to tell me everything I needed the next day and even since returning home.
Since coming home I have messaged Aybüke about a few things and she is so quick to still help me out. The love and care after is refreshing.
PLEASE go here. It over exceeded my expectations!

I’m 5 days po.Ive had a tt,muscle repaire,bl ba,I can not fault the hospital what’s so ever,and this is my true experience,the service I received at the hospital was amazing,everyone was very nice,my translators Elif and Taylan,where amazing,the nurses and staff did everything they could to make sure I wasn’t suffering,wasn’t in pain,the hospital is spotless,the meds are great lol,my surgeon was amazing,so glad I had a women,nothing was to much trouble,I had 3 days at the hospital,and 4 at the hotel,the morning I was due to leave to go the hotel,they said it was my choice if I wanted to stay at the hospital or go to the hotel, even though they where busy,Elif was always at the end of the phone if I was worried or needed to talk through anything,I’m going back in may for a full face lift and neck lift,I wouldn’t be doing this if the place was horrible,I want to say a big thank you to Elif,Taylon and Dr Elif for the care you gave me,and my new amazing body,i’llsee you in May.

Schmerzfreie Behandlung , sehr nettes Personal , sauberes Krankenhaus , die privat Station ist sehr modern . I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Yuzyil for my breast reduction and uplift!

From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Sude, my coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure I was always well-informed and comfortable. Her communication was impeccable—no matter the time, she always responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions or concerns I had. Sude’s preparation and efficiency were truly impressive, and she made the entire process seamless, and was truly amazing.

The hospital itself was immaculate, and the staff were attentive and caring throughout my procedure. The transfer team was also fantastic, providing smooth and timely transportation between the hospital and my hotel, which made everything so convenient.

Dr. Erken was absolutely wonderful—both in his demeanor and his skill. He did an exceptional job with my procedure and gave me detailed, clear information about aftercare. I am beyond grateful for his expertise and the results he achieved for me.

Ich wäre fast gestorben.
Meine Erfahrung war leider auch total negativ! Ich bin durch die Vermittlerin Neslihan an dieses Krankenhaus gelangt.Bei der Ankunft musste ich selbst schauen wo ich hin sollte ,das war mehr als unprofessionell! Wir wurden sofort aufgefordert den Gesamtbetrag vorab zu zahlen,ohne ein ärztliches Gespräch,zudem wollten wir Vorort klären,ob es sich lohnen würde dies mit zu operieren.Dieses Gespräch fand nicht statt, da ich die Ärztin nur 1 paar Minuten vor der OP sah und anschließend 4Tage nach der OP.
Ich wurde nicht aufgeklärt, eine Einwilligungserklärung wurde von den Schwestern gebracht und ohne ein Gespräch wurden die Unterlagen mitgenommen.
Am nächsten Tag sollte meine Op um 8 Uhr statt finden ,diese wurde auf 14:00 Uhr verschoben. Ich muss dazu sagen , das bis auf zwei Nachtschwestern alle unqualifiziert und unfreundlich waren. Um 14:00 Uhr wurde ich (ohne ein Vorgespräch das muss ich immer wieder andeuten)weil ich erst jetzt realisiere was dort abgelaufen ist mit in Op Saal genommen der Anästtist hat nicht mal gesprochen und und war sehr arrogant.
Nach der Op die Nacht kann ich mich nicht mal erinnern, mein Körper war so unterkühlt, mein Mann hatte Angst um mein Leben, er hat alles auf Video dokumentiert, weil er dachte ich überlebe die Nacht nicht.
Am nächsten Tag wurde ich mit Schmerzmitteln versorgt aber mein Körper hatte sich immer noch nicht von der Unterkühlung erholt um dies zu beheben wurde eine zweite Decke drauf gelegt,leider erinnere ich mich auch nicht an diesen Tag . Am 3 Tag war ich zu mir gekommen aber es waren unbeschreibliche schmerzen die ich erleiden musste, ich musste regelrecht um Schmerzmittel betteln, die Schwestern waren nicht mal zur Kontrolle im Zimmer, da Mann eine Begleitperson dabei hatte.
Ich glaube die haben auch erwartet das Begleitpersonen 💉 spritzen usw. Sehr beschämend wirklich , wie die da waren.
Auch der 4 Tag war sehr schmerzhaft,die Schwestern waren der Meinung das ich alles vortäusche die Äußerung wurden auch neben mir geäußert,woraufhin sie auch keine Schmerzmittel mehr geben wollten , weil ich meinen Limit erreicht habe.
Mein Mann musste in die Apotheke und Tabletten holen, obwohl wir uns im Krankenhaus befinden.
Auf meine Wunden oder auf irgendwas wurde in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal drauf geschaut.
Am Tag der Entlassung kam die Ärztin dann auch mal für 2 Minuten und ich durfte ins Hotel.
Also wurde ich ohne Aufklärung samt Schläuchen usw. zum Hotel geschickt , ich musste zusehen,wie ich die Körperflüssigkeit dort entleere.
Der Flughafen wollte mich ohne ein Attest des Arztes nicht nach Deutschland fliegen lassen.
Dann mussten wir uns auch noch per WhatsApp eine Stunde vor dem Flug um sowas kümmern.

Fazit:absolut stressig und total enttäuschend dieses Krankenhaus sieht in dir nur Einnahmen, Hauptsache das Geld 💵 💰 💴 stimmt. Schade !!!!!!

Meine Erfahrung war leider total negativ! Die Vermittlerin Neslihan hat mich und meine Freundin total unprofessionell begleitet! Es fing damit an, dass wir nicht so früh zurück reisen sollten als es vorab kommunziert war. Es war kein deutschsprachiger Kollege bei den Voruntersuchungen vor Ort. Wir wurden aufgefordert den Gesamtbetrag vorab zu zahlen bevor wir mit dem Arzt gesprochen hatten ob und was gemacht werden soll. Der Anästtist hat mich nicht mal gesprochen und ist ignorant wieder aus dem Zimmer raus. Die Einwilligungserklärung ist extrem fragwürdig welches wir nicht unterschrieben haben und alles abgebrochen haben. Für Voruntersuchungen wurden uns pro Person 3stelliger Betrag abgezogen !
Der Arzt kam 5 min vor OP rein und dann sollte alles schnell schnell gehen !!!
Fazit : Totale Enttäuschung !!!!!!!

Everything was prompt, informative and the staff were very friendly and just amazing, it made my experience just flow so easily and stress free

I am already looking to return for rhinoplasty in the coming year

I would make sure you have plenty of energy giving foods prior to procedure as you will need to Ned rest
For days, I was taken to a shop just behind the hospital and it was so cheap it was amazing and for what I knew I would need
Take plenty fluids

Yuzyil hospital Istanbul- a big hospital indeed !
I had a great experience, left the UK with my husband as a companion on the 22nd of December, very stressed, nervous, walking into the unknown, even if I was assured by Elif, the medical consultant, that everything was going to be ok and try to relax. We landed to Istanbul airport late on Sunday and the transfer person got in touch as soon as we landed, told me where to go, picked us up and took us straight to the hospital, where Mr Murat was waiting to fill us up with all the details and talked us through all the process, had my blood tests, ECG and X-ray done all ready for the following morning. Al the hospital staff was more than welcoming and helpful. First thing in the morning I met Elif, the person that I spoke to on WhatsApp all this time, very kind and lovely young lady, then is when I started to relax, also met another young lady, that was our interpreter called Sümmeye, then I met my surgeon Dr Elif Akbay for the pre op appointment, they all assured me everything was going to be fine, not to stress, I was at ease after. I had my surgery the same morning, on the 23/12/24, Dr Akbay’s team took very good care of me and everything went well and smooth, 5 hours later I was back in the room, resting and recovering, Dr Elif came to visit me after to make sure everything was ok.I spent the night in the hospital where the staff made sure I had everything I needed, painkillers If needed and all. The following morning Dr Elif came to visit and to check me up, made sure everything was ok for the discharge, given a prescription with antibiotics/ painkillers and probiotics, and we were taken to the hotel. Spent five nights at the hotel and all this time, Elif, the medical consultant made sure we had everything we needed, been constantly in touch, she even made sure that we can take our breakfast in the room, as I’ve told her I don’t feel comfortable to have breakfast in the restaurant, with the bandages on, so she got in touch with hotel management and everything was good. We were very looked after, she made sure of that. Words can’t express enough our gratitude for everything you’ve done. You were very professional from day one until we left. On the 27/12/24 I went back to the hospital for a consultation with Dr Elif, had my drainage out and bandages changed, advice given for the follow up, the transfer from hospital/ hotel and back went smoothly every time, very nice drivers, they drove very carefully, making sure we are safe. I know I’ve wrote a lot, but I wanted to make sure I covered all the aspects and thanked everyone involved at Yuzyil Hospital. Got back home yesterday from Istanbul and everything is ok, thank God for that.
So, thank you everyone at Yuzyil Hospital for your professionalism, was truly a great experience, my first one. Thank you Elif and Sümmeye, especially Dr Elif Akbay for making my dream come true, getting rid of all that saggy skin on my neck, thank you to all hospital staff and transfer people. Meine Efrahrung mit Yüzyil Hospital ist einfach nur Klasse. Ich hatt vor 1 Jahr eine Schlauch Magen OP Dr Mehmet Babül hat mich operiert und betreut mich weiterhin. Auch die Diätetistin Züleyha Duman verfolgt mein Prozess weiterhin. Mit Frau Çağla Eroglu haben wir während unserem Aufenthalt nur positives erlebt. Sie hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert kein Wunsch wurde uns abgewehrt. Unser Transfer war reibungslos die Entfernung vom Flughafen zum Krankenhaus sind nur 15 min. Nach der OP hatten wir 2 Tage Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus sind im Anschluss direkt in ein 5 Sterne Hotel gekommen auch da hat der Transfer reibungslos funktioniert. Die Nachkontrolle vor Ort alles nur sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist auch für diese Leistung sehr angebracht. Wir hatten erst vor 2 Wochen unsere Nachkontrolle in Frankfurt.
