Attrocious! Waste of money and customer service
Attrocious. Bought a youtube account and it was almost constantly down. No more than a few weeks at most would pass, usually much shorter and it would go down. I'd ask support for help and it would usually take several days for an answer. Asked for a refund on WhatsApp over a week ago and still waiting on a response. Meanwhile they consistently post apologies that they are trying to fix accounts but they don't have time.
Avoid this mob!!

Use to be good.
I've been using the service for the past 2-3 years and it's incredibly difficult to get a hold of anybody. They don't check their WhatsApp. My TV service I bought with them lasted 3 weeks and no one is answering my request. BEWARE!

I would avoid as it's a long process if broken....
Like others have said had issues with product then took ages (three weeks ) to do anything , finally got some sort of refund but only for remaining sub . Should have been fully refunded for all the trouble caused and I paid for time the product wasn't even working
Reply : I paid for a service that wasn't done correctly , customer service is poor understand you have more customers then you can manage so maybe need to look at that

it took four days to get my account renewed with no answer. I sent you messages on Facebook messenger only AI responded the same thing with WhatsApp.

Mon abonnement s’était terminé de Spotify. J’avais payé sur la plate-forme une prolongation de 12 mois, j’ai dû attendre 15 jours pour que mon abonnement soit prolongé par le support. Et malheureusement ça a été prolongé dans un autre pays que mon pays initial, niveau communication avec la plate-forme et très limité ou énormément de temps pour répondre via WhatsApp, il ne répondait plus à mes messages, je ne pense pas que c’est une bonne expérience très peu de communication.
aussi des frais de carte bleu au moment de la confirmation

Je vous adresse par la présente une réclamation concernant l’absence de réponse de votre service client.
En effet, cela fait désormais plus d’un mois que je rencontre un problème avec vos services. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact via WhatsApp, par e-mail, ainsi que par le formulaire dédié, je n’ai reçu aucun retour à ce jour, y compris suite à une demande effectuée il y a plus d’une semaine.
Cette situation est particulièrement insatisfaisante, d’autant plus que je suis client et ai souscrit à plusieurs de vos services. L’absence totale de suivi ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité attendus.
Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir traiter ma demande dans les plus brefs délais et de m’apporter une réponse claire et précise.

Spotify Premium Scam - Ignores you steals money
UPDATED!
I had order #14610 it worked on Spotify Premium Individual for 3 months, got fixed and put onto a Spotify Premium Family Plan, worked for less than a month, I have sent various emails, no response, send various WhatsApp, blocked and ignored one tick, took money and nothing, filled out the fix form heard nothing for weeks, do not trust them it's a scam, just ignore you when lost access, sent replacement didn't work, want my account upgraded not new, this is the promise, now won't refund, total scam! (UPDATE) I got an email from them 28th May saying they had refunded my order it has now been 6 working days and this refund still does not show!! Yes they have just sent an email to say refunded and try stop me from contacting them, yes and I have replied to the email and send multiple WhatsApp messages, they completely ignore you just steal your money from you, the email states I will be contacted when processed, good luck to people who have used these people as you will lose money like I have, just a scam! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING

My account Duo Plan, was blocked last March 31st. 2 days later, they sent me 2 new accounts as replacement, But today (April 21st) after 19 days these 2 new accounts were blocked again .. please refund the 8 months left ..
