I would give it zero stars if I could. I've been using Ali for a few years, and it was working great until it wasn't. In February, my Spotify account was downgraded to a free account. I contacted Z4 Keys to be told my Spotify was sorted, but it didn't even last a day until I was again downgraded to a free account. We are now in June. I've sent WhatsApp messages and emails with the Spotify fix code, for it all to be ignored. Not one message has been read on WhatsApp, nor has there been one reply since February to anything. All it says on their channel is, "We are working on a fix." They've even stopped posting, but are still continuing to sell Spotify on their website. If you value your money, DO NOT BUY FROM Z4 KEYS. It's now just a scam, taking money and disappearing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Worked fine the first time I purchased Spotify, bought a 6 month subscription and it was fine. Just bought a 12 month subscriptions and he has basically just kept the money without updating my Spotify account, he’s not replying to any of my messages on WhatsApp and there’s no other way to make contact. AVOID, it good at first but then it’s a scam

They mean well, they offer refunds, but ultimately it's a nightmare... I've wasted so much money and time trying to save money with these guys. Go legit.

Started off great with a 12 month YouTube sub. 3 months in, we're back on a normal sub with adverts. Tried to make contact but no response. My concern now is I've just purchased a 12 month Spotify sub... How long will this last??

I've used their service before with no issue. However, this time around I paid for a service and got 6 days out of it. Then the service stopped (i paid for a year). I contacted them and the only response was a link to their update chanel.

In they channel they had been having issues with providing the service for over a month.

Why are you still selling this service if youre having issues with it? I've fully paid for a service i cant even use and there is zero customer support.

I saved this site because I thought it was great but clearly it's sketchy

I have used z4keys for 18-24 months and everything went well and the service and product were great. However over the last month things shave change and responses have become non existent. My order #24771 was paid for on the 2nd of May and to this day I have had no response from Ali and my order cancelled. I am quite a flexible person and if there are issues I would rather he said it is going to take some time. Unfortunately I feel I have lost my money. I have already had to get a Spotify sub from somewhere else as seemingly Ali has given it all up. So if you were considering Z4 keys and you are looking at reviews keep your money or look for an alternative supplier.

They are not answering messages about their Spotify problem. I've given them ample time to sort this out.
I've list all faith in this company. It's now become a joke with no regular updates about fixes
Waste of money. Avoid these sharks

I've been usin Ali for a long while now, and we've been very happy. It all started wiith a Spotify subscription, which worked great. I posted on my social media promoting it, as I thought others should know. Then we bought Disney+, HBO, and other streaming services. That's where it started going wrong. Disney was blocked, HBO blocked due to sharing issues, even though those accounts were not shared accounts.

So I'd decided to not to do that again, but our Spotify needed renewing, and we had a holiday coming up with long, long drives, so I paid for a year!

Unfortunately the holiday came, and went, in fact a month passed, and we still didn't have the login details. I emailed weekly, but no reply.

Then nearly five weeks later I got the login details. Great I thought. Only to find it was the details to a free account, not Premium.

So I complained again, and I got a reply last week saying it was fixed. So I logged in, and sure enough it was a Premium shared account.

Then the next day, I received an email from Z4keys saying that there were refunding £14. Less than half the cost we paid, but I thought that's fine.

But now less than a week later, the account is back to a free account.

So that's it we're out. It was good whilst it lasted. Ali was very good in the early days. Quick to respond, and things generally worked. Now you're dealing with other people. You pay for one thing, but you don't get it.

It's a shame, but I've learned a lesson, that things are not the way they were at the beginnng.

Anyway that's our experience, make of it what you may.

First of all it was problems with Spotify, which they tried and cannot fix. It was good while it lasted, I bought a UK IPTV subscription on the back of my Spotify experience. I paid for a year, but stopped working after 6 months. No reply to my WhatsApp messages. Sorry, but you need to avoid Z4 keys.

I have ordered Spotify and it activated for only one day and after one day I have been logged out. I have send email and WhatsApp messages but there is no response for email or WhatsApp messages. Not recommended to anyone.

Scammers avoid at any cost. No reply on WhatsApp. All you get is a automated reply from Ai

Je suis déjà passé par leur service l année dernière pour un nord vpn , et tout c été parfaitement passé je les ai même conseillé à un collègue pour un youtube premium ( il a pris 2 ans et parfait pour lui aussi il a 6 mois )
De ce fait j y vais les yeux fermés pour un YouTube premium d un an le 08 juin , argent prélevé et toujours rien à ce jour , j ai relancé par mail , whatsapp plusieurs aucune réponse , tellement déçu que j en ai demandé le remboursement sur mon dernier message …et là toujours aucune réponse à rien à ce jour … il ne me reverront plus et je ne les conseillerai plus , au contraire j en ferai une mauvaise pub !

Not just Spotify anymore, I bought a ChatGPT sub - first month went great - second month they completely ghosted me - AVOID

YouTube Premium subscription stopped working. No response from Z4Keys, ignores all messages on WhatsApp. No 24/7 support as they claim. Do not purchase anything off them.

Awful service don’t use been waiting nearly 6 weeks for my Spotify to be fixed still not working, warning stay clear

Bought a year Duo Spotify. It worked for about 2 months and then stopped working. No answer from Z4Keys when I requested refund.
I would recommend you avoid this company.

This company, Z4Keys, is an absolute pain to deal with. I have sent numerous messages but never receive a proper reply, or they keep diverting the issue by saying there are only three people working there.
I’ve requested a refund, though whether I’ll actually get it is another matter. The problem is that my account is tied to an Egyptian account, and I just want it to be normal and linked directly with the official Spotify service. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to change it.
At this point, I’ve decided it’s a waste of time. I’ve tried repeatedly, but it’s just not worth it anymore.
This company, Z4Keys, is definitely not trustworthy.
