Avoid, bought an iptv year subscription and there's been several times it hasn't worked. They never reply when you ask for help. WhatsApp shows they haven't been online for 2 days so their statements on the website about excellent customer service, are greatly exaggerated

Totally ignored all messages for over 4 weeks now. No spotify what so ever a simple response would have been nice. 4th time it has happened now so that's it for z4keys for me

Just paid £61 for IPTV. Nothing from them 5 days later. Spotify account not working either. Waste of money.

Spotify went down, "fix" applied but only lasted 3 days have submitted the fix form several times and also sent what apps messaging, ( which are ignored) site says check page but little to no info on this either, yet still taking new customers, but can't sort existing accounts in 2 months period ..avoid !

Avoid at all cost. Spotify went down over 2 months ago. They say they can fix and working on it. Absolute rubbish. They haven't got a clue what there doing. No communication at all. These are robbers. Avoid at all costs.

No reply to what's app had to reorder despite our original order still being with the first year of purchase with 6 months left.

Paid for service that only lasted 1 month. Contacted them through whatsapp, email and facebook and no reply, no answer nothing.

NO compres nada en esta tienda, lo que ofrecen a los pocos días se cancela y habrás perdido tu dinero, posteriormente no te responden, solucionan ni regresan tu dinero. Yo pagué por una cuenta de Spotify Duo 1 año, misma que funcionó 10 días y después la cancelaron. Hasta este dia no he obtenido respuesta, solución ni mucho menos reembolso. Simplemente desaparecieron.

I received the information the next day. I've had issues with some other orders through this service in the past, but great this time.

You will lose your money! Spotify Premium and Canva only work for a short time and offer zero customer service. I have now reported this company as a fraud and will be actively chasing a refund through my card issuer. Please don't waste your time and money!!!!

Avoid like the plague. Service is completely zero now. Won't respond to any messages. Spotify has been off for months now. Don't waste your money. I've paid for a renewal and they never set it up. Scam scam scam

don't trust them ,works for a bit then stops ,and wont reply to any messages
absolute fraudulent ,me and my wife have paid for two subscriptions which are now not working , contacted many times to sort out and just getting ignored

Spotify down over a month,promise of fixes,nothing......wattsap help turned off and a few messages now and again from their social media channel.....scam,complete rip off

Terrible customer service, all advertising states all purchases are 100% guaranteed, this is a lie.
I had no issues with an annual subscription to Spotify previously, it worked flawlessly on my own account for the duration. This time round, as many of the other reviews show Spotify have clamped down on the loophole this company were using. The method as I understand it was they were setting people's locations and paying with details in Egypt where Spotify is cheaper.
Spotify have combated this with a simple location check and downgraded any accounts that do not match the location in their profile.
Although there is a guarantee on each sale, I have been left for 3 months without any resolution, very little communication and shave basically now been ignored after requesting a refund, which again is always offered on all purchases.
There was a generic message sent out offering a measly 3% discount code due to the issues which also stated all affected accounts would be fixed within a week, this was 6 weeks ago
Great service when it works but these cowboys will not deliver on any of their promises of anything goes wrong

The Spotify account worked for a while but recently the premium has gone away, they fixed it once but after a day it was gone again. Their replies on WhatsApp are very bad, they use an AI to reply to you so you can't get through to a person. Now I've not had premium for multiple weeks , I've filled out their repair form loads of times still no help.

I wouldn't recommend buying , it seems they can't provide the proper service anymore.

Was working okay for a while. Bit the last few months premium accounts for Spotify and YouTube are not working anymore. They say they working on a solution but so far still not working. I hope to prove that I am wrong. Thank you
