The level of detail on the badge I ordered was really good. They keep you pretty well informed as to how your order is progressing and make sure your happy with the finished product before they ship it. It does take a while to receive the product but these things shouldn't be rushed.

I recently received my order of wooden charms and pins and they look just like I hoped they would! The colors and quality of the art look perfect and the wood feels very light but sturdy. Very happy with the results!

I've used Zap! for years now as they are the best around on price, quality and have such friendly, helpful staff. They are always super helpful and offer smaller order quantities, perfect for budding artists to test their designs <3

As an artist relatively new to graphic design, Zap has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. I have been consistently pleased with not only customer service and responsiveness, but also the quality of the items I've ordered. I love that they offer ecologically friendlier options like wooden charms and eco paper.

Terrible quality assurance and terrible quality stickers. They indicate that their stickers are weatherproof, but they can't even be placed on a notebook without it becoming scratched up. I advise people to not produce stickers with them at all, and be wary of the acrylic products.
I produced the same artwork from my samples, but they managed to mess up the colors and misprinted my artworks even though there were no changes to my files. I'm saddened that my customers complained to me about scratched stickers, and I had to replace all of them and waste my money. Never producing anything with Zapcreatives again. They also blamed me for the scratched stickers, saying that they shouldn't be put on anything that gets "a lot of surface contact". This bewilders me because of the product saying that the stickers are weatherproof, and because vinyl stickers are made to be durable. Their vinyl and holographic stickers are worse than paper stickers.

Production takes way longer than other companies, but printing quality is good. I've had 2 keychains from Zap snap which I've never had before. As a piece of advice when ordering from Zap, NEVER use their resin finish option. It's been a constant problem for me, with a keychain with extra logo tag and charm all getting fused into one piece/snapping during because of still-sticky resin dome, pieces with resin domes all getting stuck to eachother, etc.

You can contact Zap Creatives by phone to discuss orders and they're always really friendly and helpful. The quality is great and they will email a digital proof over which is really useful! I'd definitely recommend Zap Creatives.

Waited for some sample acrylic pins and keychain for about two weeks. I don’t mind waiting but there were zero communication or status updates about my order. Suspiciously my order got dispatched immediately after I sent an email asking where my order was.. I think I just reminded them about it! Once received, I realised I paid extra for additional pin backings which there was none. (Only the standard one pin) and I also paid additional money for the keychain to have glitter resin and it was just regular glossy. Hmm yeah not great. I’m glad to have just ordered samples, will not be using them anymore.

Really helpful when ordering and I was really pleased with my products when they arrived. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

It’s great to find a company that does recycled acrylic! They’re very transparent about everything and have sales every few days which is nice. The only thing is that I wish they didn’t add the tax on to the price AFTER you’re already in check out. It suddenly ramps up the price and I’d be happier just knowing it beforehand.

The experience was great from start to finish. An amazing team to work with with clear and quick communication. As an artist getting a custom Acrylic standee it was a breeze. I was able to be a part of the whole process and it was smooth all the way.
The product itself was beautiful and very high quality. The colours are incredibly rich; the printing is clear and the layers very precise.

Shipping is worth getting the tracking to Australia. Without it post was lost at no fault of Zap but their team were incredibly quick at organising another one that arrived very safely.

Great personable company that is willing to help with whatever you need. I ordered wooden pins which were lovely quality and maintained all the details in my drawing.

I loved my order from Zap. I ordered 50 vinyl die cut stickers and they were fantastic when they arrived. The cuts were all perfect and the colours amazing. I also loved that all their packaging was eco and love their efforts towards sustainability. My next order with them will be coming very soon!
