Look at the reviews and do not register for a free plan. I did and I got scammed by those guys. It was a free plan I thought. But I couldn’t cancel it. Now they just charged my credit card. Remember if they did charge you, call your bank and claim a chargeback because legally this type of subscriptions is illegal.
Unreasonable billing practices and unhelpful support
We were originally signed up for a standard plan and never agreed to or were notified about a change to a different plan that was charged almost 4x the original cost. This change was implemented without our approval.
Instead of automatically applying a new plan and its associated cost, we should have been given the option to continue with the current plan or select a different one and not forced into a more expensive plan.

This is now an automated criminal operation. They advise you that you can sign up for a "free trial" and cancel before the trial comes to an end. Having made the mistake of missing a cancellation deadline on other online free trials before I made absolute sure this was cancelled. I cancelled the trial as per their guidance on their website.
Low and behold they automatically charge me a full year anyway.. What an absolute joke of a company. After emailing in and explaining the situation I was greeted by what at first seemed like a genuine reply email until I replied back to that email and was "bounced" to another representative who communicated in a similar uncanny way. Yet again I was advised I'd be "boosted" (Insert over the top "spun keywords") over to another junked up automated moron. This game of virtual ping pong happened for several attempts until someone finally initiated a refund.
But that's not the end of this here tall (yet real & painful) tale. After getting a refund, the refund amount didn't add up to what they had originally taken. I communicated again, explaining even with an exchange rate the refund didn't add up. They blamed my UK bank for "international currency exchange fees". I didn't buy this load of absolute BS. And even if it was true, they shouldn't have automatically taken payment anyway.
In exchange for the loss of about $10-$15 I got great enjoyment sending an amusing (at least to me) email meant for upper management and whoever the CEO is.

I cancelled the trial because Zapier a ghost of it's former self that couldn't deliver on a simple zap effectively. Otherwise I'd have stuck with it. The word Zapier is now synonymous with the word fail.

worst customer service I have ever had. signed up for a free trial, their website says they will not charge until after free trial, then they not only proceed to charge a full year immediately on my credit card, but then charge another full year plan (instead of removing the charge) after multiple emails back and forth with their customer service. incompetent and unethical.

First of all they are crazy expensive compared to competitors. But most importantly e were on one of there biggest plans and yet the customer support was terrible.
They had a massive bug where over 200 zaps of ours stopped working. This cost us thousand of dollars but yet they refused to that any accountability as "i cant prove that the bug was on there end" what other end is there???
Ridiculous price increase
So you are increasing my plans price from 75 USD/Month to 198,45 USD a month... that is just ridiculous. But you are making it easier for me to switch to make.com and recommend that to all other entrepreneurs that I know. Interesting to see what happens to a company that gets big and greedy.
Do not invest heavily in this company - beware.

Fantastic App ruined by SPAM. The App is great and works well. But they keep sending spam emails even though I HAVE unsubscribed. Customer support told me I should ... unsubscribe. Speechless. Disappointed.
Zapier is a subscription SCAM.
Zapier services are over-sold, and you won't find this out until you sign up for their services and find they don't 'quite' do what they say they do. Impossible to get a refund from and almost equally impossible to cancel the subscription.
Even if you think you have cancelled your subscription with Zapier you need to check with your payment provider (PayPal, credit card) that the subscription is cancelled (otherwise it will not be & you will be charged again).
Typical poor customer service from a tech company that has got too big and is simply out to grab money on a subscription basis.
Avoid if at all possible.

.....they should be! There is no way to get a hold of them for conflict resolution. Do humans no longer work there? All I get is AI. The email I had no longer works and I was sent to a maze of questions with no way to contact them. UGH!
I have not used their services for years and they charge my card. This happened years ago. Now, out of the blue they charge me again. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Would have rather dealt with the "past" vendor directly. Avoid this company at all cost.

Zapier has one job... and it does it poorly
Unfortunately, the best company in the world has fallen from it's pedestal. Unreliable -- we use it to link up Stripe transactions to spreadsheets and it misses probably 1-5% of transactions based on what we've caught so far. No compensation, no "customer is right" mentality.

They are charging me $49 for a FREE plan that is supposed to expire on May 1 2023. I have now been charged $98 in total for a free trial. I cannot find a place to dispute the transaction and I cannot change my plan to try and stop it because it says I am on a free plan. Stay away these people are crooks with no way to get it sorted out apart from going to your bank
